Truly the worst customer service I have ever worked with. Ordered a bag through Kickstarter last November (2021) and still have yet to receive the right bag (it is now November 2022). My order came with a mini montage. I have had to send 30+ emails over the last year asking for them to send my items. They finally do and send the wrong version of the bag and don't include the mini bag that was included with it. Continue to follow up every week about a refund or for them to send me the correct bag and mini. I get an answer maybe 1 out of every 10 times I try contacting them.

Bag doesn’t hold as much as advertised and hardware/lining feels cheap. The cork is beautiful. Communication was terrible on kickstarter order. Look for something else.

I wish I had seen the reviews here before I made my purchase. I was sent a tracking number that never progressed beyond “label was printed”. When I questioned a few weeks later, suddenly it was backdated as delivered, but I never received anything. I was then told that they can reship it, which I gladly accepted. Today I received a bag that is not the cork bag I initially ordered, it is not the color I ordered. It is rather ugly. It took forever to receive, with multiple email communications back and forth, and never once was I told that what I ordered was no longer available. I would’ve cancelled. The new materials look and feel cheap.

I am keeping the ugly bag, because I paid for it and need it for work, but I will try to find a way to paint or otherwise modify the exterior look of the bag, and also to cover the brand, because I refuse to advertise for them after their terrible customer service. I also do not trust that I would receive a full refund.

I found it suspicious that all the reviews on the website are 5 stars so I tried giving an honest review of my experience with them (3 stars, see below). Funny how it first showed my review as pending and then it disappeared after I verified it. This brings my score down another star. This scammer behavior is beneath you, come on.

Love the bag but delivery and communication was a nightmare
I bought the old version made from cork in January from the website. It was supposed to arrive in February and they said they'd keep us updated on the progress. It didn't arrive until the end of May and I got zero updates. I had to go to their Kickstartarter and look at the comments to get any clue about what was going on. Don't say you will keep your customers updated then change the expected delivery date several times and never give them any updates. If I hadn't found the Kickstarter page I would have been convinced I had been scammed.
It did arrive eventually though and I love it!
The bag itself is a 5 but the total lack of communication regarding the 3 month delay brings my score down.

Montage bags are overpriced and do not fit the size of laptop advertised. Their customer service is the worst I have ever tried to work with. Unresponsive, they do not give refunds per their policy, and act like a scam company.

I placed my order on Kickstarter with delivery scheduled for December 2021, today is April 26, 2022, 5 months and no bag received. The company throughout this period made only 4 updates with dubious and inaccurate information, and after informing us on April 8 that the bags were shipped they simply disappeared. I am in Brazil and so far I have not received any tracking information nor my bag and I have no response from the company for any of the contacts.

Bag never arrived, ignoring all emails/Instagram messages. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a bag through kickstarter. Their customer service and communication through the kickstarter process was horrendous - lacking in updates or honesty.

Product itself it ok, but ultimately wasn't worth the wait and not the high quality it was marketed to be. Look elsewhere.
