We are a family run, independent outdoor clothing and accessories retailer, based online and in the heart of West Berkshire. Our registered company name is Bambooty Limited. Why? Because we love bamboo products and sometimes manufacture some cool kit. We sell brands such as Kathmandu, Helly Hansen, Rossignol, Uvex, Dare 2b, Goldbergh, Picture Organic, Darn Tough, Hestra, Racer and many more. We want to ensure that you can always get your hands on equipment and clothing through a site that is functional, good value and bang up to date. Brilliant customer service and a great shop.

After a mistake on my part of ordering for collection rather than delivery, the team responded to my email within 24 hours and were very helpful. I opted to pick up the order in person anyway as they convinced me to come and see the rest of their sale items, and I was not disappointed. Picked up some absolute bargains, and although they didn't have them at the time, the team there helped me shop for other items I needed for a skiing holiday. As I was paying up they said I could contact the owner of the shop closer to the ski season and potentially the owner would help me with the rest of the needed items. Brilliant customer service and a great shop. 👌🏻

We initiated a refund as soon as we cancelled the order, but it seems that Paypal have not processed it. Perhaps it might be worth raising a claim with them?
