The boots arrived and were as described, no problem with delivery. The only thing that made me wonder was the fact that the boots had an attached label showing the price to be £10 cheaper than I paid. I contacted customer support twice via email and received no reply.
So defeats the purpose of having a customer service team!

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size! But I received prompt attention on how to return, refund and reorder.

The company delivered the winter coat quickly and was very helpful when I needed to have the parcel tracked due to difficult family circumstances.

I found the winter coat did not fit me well and applied for a return. (Please note: With items worth over 200 Pounds Sterling you only have 48 hours to notify the company of your intention to return).

I send an e-mail asking for a return number as instructed and received this the same day.

I returned the coat fully insured for its real value as instructed. This cost me a bit but was worth it as it gave both sides piece of mind.

Within two working days I received a refund notification, so the coat had obviously arrived. My bank took more than 3 days to credit the money to my account, so was not a quick as Montagne Sports.

Allan Barrie who appears to head Montagne Sports was very helpful all along, In fact, he delivered an excellent and very caring customer service via e-mail.

The whole system worked very smoothly. I felt I could trust this company and would certainly order from them again.

Had a great experience with this store, ordered a package, a problem arose during shipping, but the customer service provided excellent support and it was solved within the day.

All round good experience, clear website, fats service and wonderful help when needed.

Went in looking for Christmas gifts but wasn't really sure what I wanted - team were extremely helpful and took the time to show me stock not actually on display. Came away with a load of great clothing items which my other half loves!
