Am Samstag Email geschrieben mit einer einfachen Frage, am Dienstag Abend immer noch keine Antwort. Waren wahrscheinlich überfordert, Frage zurück gezogen. Bei den Preisen haben sie es nicht mehr nötig zu antworten!
Das sie ihre in Mehrheit negativen Bewertungen nicht stören sagt alles aber das muss jeder selber wissen ob er eine Montblanc kauft und so etwas dadurch unterstützt!
Extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Montblanc.
I placed an order for a special gift for my future husband, expecting the level of service that a luxury brand promises. Instead, this turned into a 3-month ordeal filled with delays, inconsistent information, and a complete lack of accountability.
Over the course of these three months, I was repeatedly told different reasons for the shipping issues. Each time I reached out, I received a different explanation, with no clear resolution or honest update. This level of miscommunication is unacceptable—especially from a brand that positions itself as premium.
At no point did I feel that my order was being handled with care or urgency. I had to continuously follow up myself, and even then, I was not given a reliable answer about when—or if—my item would arrive.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in Montblanc. When customers pay luxury prices, they expect not only high-quality products but also professional, transparent service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
I strongly urge Montblanc to improve its customer service, communication, and order fulfillment processes. No customer should have to go through months of uncertainty and frustration like this.
I would not recommend ordering from Montblanc based on this experience.

Je vous donne mon accord pour la suite. Je tiens toutefois à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant votre suivi. Entre un message arrivé en spam et un délai de deux semaines pour une relance — alors qu'on m'assurait il y a quelques jours que c'était imminent — je constate un manque flagrant de communication interne. Pour une enseigne de votre envergure, ce manque de professionnalisme est regrettable
Pour faire simple, n'achetez jamais sur leur site internet
Le 02/03/2026 j'ai passé commande pour un cadeau corporate pour une occasion spéciale.
Le 09/03/2026 j'ai reçu un email de leur part indiquant "Nous souhaitions vous informer que celle-ci est actuellement en cours de traitement et sera exp?di?e tr?s prochainement." ( les erreurs de caractères spéciaux sont d'origine ).
Le 13/03/2026, dans un email ( sans objet, il a failli finir en courrier indésirable ), la responsable du magasin m'indique que la commande est annulée pour cause de rupture de stock et qu'ils me proposent un autre stylo "15€ plus cher" : vérification faite, le stylo est 15€ mois cher que celui commandé et mon stylo est toujours marqué "disponible" sur leur site internet.
Je demande bien évidemment à être remboursé dans les plus brefs délais.
Le 16/03/2026 : aucun remboursement, aucun appel, aucun email, aucune confirmation de remboursement, aucune communication
Le 17/03/2026 : j'appelle la boutique :
- le remboursement est en cours, il peut prendre jusqu'à 14 jours.
- le stylo indisponible est toujours en vente, nous n'avons pas la main sur le site internet.
Je suis effaré qu'en 2026, une marque aussi prestigieuse que Montblanc ne sache gérer ni ses commandes ni ses stocks ni sa communication, même sur AliExpress les clients sont mieux traités.
Conclusion : courage, fuyez.
Montblanc cufflinks
We bought Montblanc cufflinks for my son’s 21st birthday. They were deeply sentimental, and he only wore them once—on his wedding day. During that single use, one cufflink snapped clean off at the head. This is clearly a manufacturing fault.
I contacted Montblanc, but they showed no interest in repairing or replacing them, simply quoting their two‑year warranty as the end of the matter.
I’m now left with a high‑value, highly sentimental pair of cufflinks—one of which is broken and no longer fit for purpose. A very disappointing experience from a brand that markets itself on craftsmanship and quality.
Buyer beware.

I placed a group order of engraved pens on behalf of my company and we received one with the name misspelled. Assuming it was a one-time mistake, we sent the pen back with a provided shipping label for the correction. After waiting for the pen to ship to them and then back to us, it was engraved wrong a SECOND time and customer service refuses to provide us with a new pen without hassling our employee for their pen a SECOND time.

Mein gekaufter Artikel wurde durch den Postbeamten bei jemand anderem abgegeben (nicht meine Unterschrift) Ich habe in der Nachbarschaft herumgefragt und trotzdem hätte ich vom Kundendienst aus nach dem Artikel suchen sollen......???? ich habe die Firma immer wieder kontaktiert und hätte nach 6 Wochen einen Bogen in Englisch ausfüllen sollen und habe nach ca. 2 Monaten ohne ausfüllen dann endlich mein Geld zurück bekommen. Hier wird man vom Kundendienst noch schikaniert!

dont buy anything from Montblanc.com. terrible customer service. package never arrived...clearly its lost but after weeks, still cannot get a refund. horrible experience. completely different experience to a local boutique which I would highly recommend because that is where I ultimately went to get what I needed. mind you, this web order was for refills so small $ value. would hate to have ordered a pen that is quite costly and then experience this lack of service. Avoid purchasing here.
Bad service, the butique service is rude
I have bought and had repair warranty a 149 pen. I have bought and had repaired under warranty a Geosphere watch. Pens are basically good, not great, however the customer service is terrible. I was literally interrogated for 40 minutes at the MB butique, in a very rude and in a very offensive way. Pen was finally sent to MB and repaired (nib was groomed). The watch was repaired uncessecfully, after one year the same error occurs (chronograph gets stuck from time to time), watch was scratched in the repair, the service left dust in the case. Do you need any more recommendations?
Montblanc - Disgrace
Montblanc, my father took his MontBlanc watch to MontBlanc on the 14th of July 2025, and after a million excuses and lies, he still does not have his watch nearly 6 months later! Disgrace!
So very very poor
Like everyone else the servicing of my watch and a refinish has been a nightmare. I paid for a 10 year service of my watch which the quoted time is 4 weeks. I sent the watch back in August 25 and I still do not have the watch back.
Customer service is shockingly poor and do not respond to emails. I do recommend you phone them as that was the only way I could get a status update.
Montblanc found it, after many calls, and did the service very quickly. I have paid the invoice this week and have heard nothing back from them with a confirmation or shipping date.
DO NOT BUY FROM MONTBLANC AT ALL

Einfach Top-Service
Innerhalb von drei Wochen hab ich meinen schwer beschädigten Meisterstück-Kugelschreiber mit vollem Service in Topzustand für kleines Geld zurück erhalten. 75 € finde ich absolut fair und sehr entgegenkommend.
Ich wurde zweimal in der Boutique in München sehr höflich und zuvorkommend bedient => Service at it’s best !

Ricevuto in regalo portafoglio Montblanc, nemmeno un anno dall'utilizzo la pelle si è crepata, scollandosi e scucendosi. Qualità pessima per un portafoglio di qualità e pregio! Assistenza negozio e sede Montblanc deludente, nessun intervento in garanzia e riparazione su piccola pelletteria. Sconsiglio prodotti Montblanc per qualità pelle peggiorata negli anni!
