Ordered two items. Got shipping notification and turns out they are based or at least ship from China (despite claiming to be in the EU). Then they said actually they never shipped and don't have stock so refunded my order. Really poor

i ordered a wooden name toy for my granddaughter
its truly lovely well crafted and will be something for her to keep as she grows older
it arrived well wrapped and with tracking through royal mail in good time
im very happy with my purchase and a little surprised at the poor reviews as that is not my experience

Please do not order from these sharks. 4 weeks and still waiting. Christmas gift for my grandaughter. after reading reviews i am not expecting very much in terms of quality after reading the reviews.

Dette er en helt useriøs virksomhet som jeg vil advare mot. De refunderer ikke innbetalt beløp ved avbestilling og svarer ikke på henvendelser.

Minimikroskopet til barn var helt ubrukelig. Går overhodet ikke å se gjennom. Virker som billig plastleke. Ikke noe returlappe, ikke oppgitt tlf.nr og automatsvar på e-post. Styr unna.

De selger produkter som ble tilbakekalt for flere måneder siden i både EU og i Norge pga kvelingsfare.

Complete Chinese rubbish that doesn't work, the return email doesn't exist

Dropshipping butikk som selger varer fra Kina. Så dette i policy'ene på netbutikken etter at jeg hadde bestilt. Varer vil bli returnert og jeg kommer til å bestride kravet overfor Klarna, som jeg heldigvis betalte med. Jeg kommer selvfølgelig ikke til å returnere varen til Kina slik de skriver.

Jeg kjøpte to personaliserte puslespil til småbarn/baby. Jeg er veldig fornøyd med produktet og det var identisk som på nettsiden.

Det tok lang tid før pakken kom, men den var innpakket i bobleplast. Ingen skade hadde skjedd under transport.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd, det blir fine julegaver.

Ordered yesterday and got a notification that my order was delivered last week. Interesting timeline! Wish I checked trustpilot first.

Styr unna. Skulle kjøpe julegave. Bestilte derfor tidlig november - 2 uker har gått, gikk inn her for å lese, kun lest at det er svindel osv. Så plutselig fikk jeg varsel om at den var sendt, så da fikk jeg håp. Idag våknet jeg til «Problem, return to sender» på sporingen. Ser ikke ut som jeg får denne før jul, eller i det hele tatt. Kontaktet dem på instagram og mail to ganger uten svar - «svar innen 24 timer» stemmer altså ikke. Jeg trodde dette var en svensk nettside, viser seg at de sender fra Kina.

The website misleads you, the products are from China and this is evident from the quality of the product and the time taken to arrive. Do not use.

Does not ship items in time stated on website. Does not respond to emails very quickly. Cannot manage it's stock - does not know how to run a business

Don't know why so many people are complaining, delivery took 12 days from ordering, but for a custom piece it was worth the wait. Ordered a Toddlers Personalized Wooden Puzzle, good quality, nice touches, with free engraving on the back. Would definitely recommend.

Very recent purchase of children's microscope as a Christmas gift, which took a few weeks to arrive. Initial disappointment with how small and cheap it looked compared to advertising. Opened on arrival and inserted a battery as required only to find that it was impossible to gain focus on anything put underneath the microscope. Went on to website and found that no number available to phone customer service, instead I would need to complete an online form. Received a email back the following day from a "Charlotte" with further explained instructions and diagram on how to use. These did not work so I emailed back again asking for a refund and an address of where to send to. I received an email back this time two days later telling me that I would have to post back to Sweden and bare the cost of this. Alternatively I could receive 30% back and keep the (non working, entirely useless) item.

Please please do not buy or use this company. I let my guard down and did not research like I should have. It is easily done, but I am disappointed with myself to have done so. If reading this prevents just one person from purchasing from this unethical, fraudulent outfit then I will gain some comfort from that.

Item arrived in plastic envelope/bag, box inside which holds items was all damaged and bent, set inside the box should have been in a bag but that was ripped and items just in the box.This is a gift and I would be too embarrassed to give it. I emailed them and 2 days later got a response from Charlotte telling me it’s due to the weather! No accountability taken at all and signed off the email thanking me for my understanding and trust. To clarify there is no understanding or trust on my part, I responded to make this clear but no response. I have since emailed again following this up.

Scam do not buy from them.

They also provide a tracking number, which you have to pay £1 for, with your card of course, after one month this turns into £27 pm

This company is an absolute scam. In the midst of trying to get presents for loads of nieces and nephews etc I let my guard down and purchased a wooden name puzzle that looked like it would be high quality and a real keepsake but from a company who looked the real deal but who I had never heard of before and wasn’t based in the UK. I put this down as part of the online purchasing idiot/scam tax (advertising on google/promoted site etc but no credentials).
