I should have come to check reviews before ordering from this company since it seems that many people have had the same issue.
My daughter ordered a couple of dresses, they looked nice in the photo but are such a horribly cheap and syntethic material and poor fit - we then did a Google Lens search and found the exact same dresses on Shein and AliExpress for a third of the price.

Return is also a nightmare, they make it sound like it's so easy on the website, including listing a company address in the Netherlands - however when we contacted them to return the dresses we were told we would need to ship them to China and cover all postage and any custom fees.

Complete scam of a company, avoid - at least Shein has better customer service and return process.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

I am absolutely furious! I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money. I ordered two dresses, and not only did they take forever to arrive, they sent me the wrong size! When I reached out to return them, they had the audacity to claim they intentionally send a larger size because of customer feedback. And then they expected me to pay to send them back! I specifically ordered that size for a reason, and they just sent a different one without even checking. It’s completely ridiculous! I ended up giving up on getting a proper refund or having them cover the postage, and I was forced to accept a pitifully small percentage back.

This is nothing short of a scam! They send you the wrong item and then charge you to return it. I bet most people just give up like I did and eat the loss. It’s infuriating!

Having received a lovely looking pair of shoes from Holland. Sadly they didn't fit.But instead of being able to return them to Holland you have to send them to CHINA!! That means you have to pay a lot for postage and customs. It takes ages to get ANY money from China. Don't buy from this company

The XL clothes I bought came too small that even my 11 year niece couldn't get into them. They also were extremely poor quality, bad stitching and tbh like rejects from Shein ! It made Shein look like Gucci !
They then refused to send My return label and you have to post to china, even though the company is registered under The Netherlands.
Then on disputing this they start bargaining with you, saying keep the stuff and we will give you 50% back. Completely wrong and completely against any trading standards.
It's just been a headache.

I ordered a jumper from this company and the item I received was nothing like the one advertised on their website. The colour shown online is a deep forest green, but the jumper delivered is an olive green. The zip in the product photo is silver metal, yet the one I received has a green plastic zip. It also arrived with no manufacturer label and no care labels, which immediately raised concerns about its quality.

The website states that the jumper is a cotton blend, but the item I received is clearly synthetic and feels nothing like cotton. This makes it even more obvious that the product is not as described.

The overall quality is extremely poor and feels like a cheap replica of the product shown online. I had bought it as a gift, but it’s completely unsuitable.

I tried contacting the company using the email address provided on their website to request a refund, but every message bounced back as “failed to deliver.” There appears to be no working way to reach them, which makes the whole experience feel highly questionable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Impossible to return items as you have to pay all fees and custom fees and give them detailed information so just dont bother as there are so many other companies you can buy from

Ordered a pair of shoes that took 4 weeks to be delivered and then due to wrong size had to return. Initially we had no response from the company about how to return, after another week they responded advising we had to pay for the return which had to go back to China. Another option was to accept a 25% refund and 20% voucher for another order. Quite why they think we will be using them again, terrible experience.

Minimal look that’s very comfortable.

Thick premium fabric and great everyday cut.
