The 2 dresses I ordered took a long time to arrive and when I eventually received them, I was very disappointed with the material which is cheap and synthetic. I was expecting a lightweight cotton dress which would fall gracefully over swimwear or underwear on holiday but I received a rather underwhelming style which I regretted buying. On the other hand, I didn’t pay much for 2 dresses and others might think I am too harsh. If you consider buying yourself, just be aware that what you see in the ads for the product are not really accurate, in that they make the dress look much better quality than it is.

Nice coat. Size is ridiculous. How can a 2XXL be a size 12, 14 at best?! XXL should be 18-20 at least!
The company is not based in Europe, but china.
If you wish to return the item its a ball ache. 30 days from when you received it. It took almost 3 weeks to get here.
AVOID!

Delivery took a while to reach the uk but the communication was great, informed at every stage.
Replied and answered all questions over all a great company to deal with

Blatantly all the reviews are correct
I have been hearing allegedly from Olivia but this is probably a false moniker to appear less fraudulent
I have had ridiculous reasons for delays after being told my order had been dispatched , conflicting emails with turn arounds on what is happening
My bank is now getting involved and I am reporting them to appropriate channels
AVOID at all costs this is a SCAM and. a SHAM

Terrible customer experience - wasted a month now on sending emails backwards and forward to 'Olivia', who doesn't even read the content in it.
Please everyone be aware of this company, my goods arrived late-during waiting time I wanted to cancel the order but they ignored me, goods were not as described, terrible quality and sizing far too big - misleading sales!!! Return policy is on changing your mind where I just been scammed on poor quality and wrong sizing- she still dares saying that I have to post it to China to be able to get full refund
I had enough of wasted time, my next step will be submitting official complaint report to:
Retail Consumer Support
Citizens Advice Consumer Support and to
Ombudsman Association. Someone needs to closed them scammers down. How many more people will fall for it and will agree for percentage of their money to be returned. That's how they operate and there are the institutions which protect consumer from businesses like that. Let's start here with complaint report.

Minimal design with a very comfortable fit.

I ordered and received a blazer, which looked very good on the photo, but not good in a real life, unfortunately. I was in correspondence with Montford Sales and made a complaint about the product. Luckily, I received a refund which I didn't expect, so really appreciate Montford action, thanks for that!

I wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order.
Purchased two pair of boots based on their webpage.
They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and stunk of plastic chemicals. The sizing was small and the material flimsy.
The delivery time was extensive.
Communication has been good but kiss good bye to getting an exchange or a full refund.
Had I known the company was based on china I would not have placed the order, the expectation is you get a voucher (not for the full amount) or return to china paying customs fees etc.
A costly mistake and a company I would not recommend spending my money with.

Extremely disappointed as they are fake and my partner is not impressed as they are not as described. 3 weeks of wearing them his feet are socked all way through.

Montford & Co is fake. Shoes are fake material and huge. Very clear support 'Olivia' is AI. Return? Impossible. Cute shoe for my daughter's wedding is instead a waste of money. Any 5 star on this site must be fake. I am offered a gift card, no return. Product quality so bad not interested.

Following up on earlier review post where I was asked to respond back with more information- order number 18041 was sent back to address to recieve full refund from this company- to my horror it has been returned back to me today, I am beyond furious with this company. I have emailed numerous times to request a refund and read companies policiesas per below-

Sorry to say for anyone who tries to follow this process but it simply is a load of trash. If this company has any morals it would look up my order number and see sense refund my money ASAP- to anyone else please stay away from this company they are deplorable

This is a Chinese company. There is no possibility of returns. Returns would have to go to a remote part of china and your shipping will cost more than your items. I asked if this was a Chinese company before ordering and they said no . They said they were in the Netherlands. So if you are willing to buy items you will not be able to return , then you can risk it. But it’s not great quality either. My lesson is to stick to well know Uk brands. Some of the Chinese brands pretend to be London based too. So from now on I’ll only buy H&M, zara, next, Asis ect

Horrible experience. First of all the delivery was really late, then when it arrived, the quality was very poor, not as advertised at all !.
I tried to return the items but I'm not getting any response back from them. Only offered a gift card.

I tried emailing them from another account and still can't get any answer from them. It's like they run away from any request for a refund !!!

Size too small, quality is terrible and not fit for purpose. I have sent email asking for how to get refund and not to pay postage if return as goods are not fit for purpose

Items purchased were not recieved as expected looking cheap and tacky and way off the pictures we seen. Had boots for Christmas offered a gift card only with no details of refund for first pair. Ordered second pair and these were worse! Now needing to send back and only have gift card back for second pair as outside th 30day window for first

Material feels soft but structured, elevates both casual and dressed outfits.

Amazing quality and fit, feels premium and comfortable for everyday wear.

Poor quality, no response to emails requesting details of how to return as per directions on the site. Do not use this company!

Ordered a men's swim suit. It took a little longer than expected (about 4 weeks), but the item looks and fits as described. Happy with purchase, and ordered another one in different color.

Same experience as others. Ordered boots that were advertised as leather. When they came they were poor quality material and did not fit.
I was told I would need to return them to their warehouse in China and pay for tracked delivery.
Finally managed to get a 25% refund without sending them back.
