I have edited my initial review - originally I was very unhappy with the product and service received from Montford ... but they reached out to me after reading my review and have credited me with a full refund and a sincere apology. This does not detract from the fact the shirt I received was polyester not 100% linen / that they are misleading in where they are based / the sizing is on the small size for UK buyers ... however, TG has been polite & professional on behalf of Montford with an apology and refund handling and I appreciate that.

This site is an absolute sham, con artists, daylight robbers hiding behind stolen images and dropshipping! Please don't buy if you're thinking of buying, shop on Amazon even Temu instead! Their advertising is misleading, high quality pictures on the website Vs rubbish quality delivered. Delivery was late, was from China, and was extremely poor quality. When confronted via email they want you to send the item back to their 'international shipping warehouse' in China! At your own expense no less! Finally managed to get 50% refunded, and a 25% discount on my next purchase... As if I'd buy from there again. Please save your money, shop elsewhere!

The products (when they arrived) were lovely - nice quality. The disappointment was in the delay of delivery. However they did send note apologising it was delayed.
i will definitely use them again - but allow a much longer delivery time

Received shirts that were off size and thin, I returned them and they have sent back my return, I have received no correspondence or refund, absolutely shocking quality and customer service

Ordered wasn't told were coming from china !took ages to come and as I expected when Found out were coming from china a load of rubbish ..no return details and ignoring emails ! I am an OAP and can't afford to lose £95 ! Disgusted

Thick luxurious fabric and perfect sizing.

Scam company. Fraudulently advertising other products as their own and then sending the lowest quality products dropshipped from China.
They try and tell you that you are responsible for costs to return to China.

For anyone who has been scammed by this company, please ensure you let them know you are rejecting the items under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because the items are not as described. Let them know you will dispute with your bank if they do not get back to you in a week. Do not accept less than a 100% refund and they ARE responsible for return costs. Then please dispute with your bank if they don't get back to you so these scammers don't get away with it. They are using stolen images to advertise. The products they send are nothing like the images.

Bought a pair of “leather boots” website never said they were being shipped from china, we we eventually got them they were not leather, so small a child couldn’t fit in to them and when we asked to return them, they only offered a voucher for a new purchase or to return with us covering the cost!
So not purchase from them as products are substandard and customer service is non existent!

BE VERY COURAGEOUS OF THIS SITE. I ordered 2 pairs of boots including delivery protection on 30/12/25. Total cost £95.90 for two pairs of boots. This was after checking their return policy. Site seems legitimate. However 10 days on I still haven’t received any goods and have had one email on the 5th Jan saying there was a problem with delivery but it was definitely on its way. The following day, tracking shows delivery to the USA. I am in the UK. The site is misleading as it states returns to the Netherlands so I assumed that was where the company was based. I emailed the support address on 8th Jan asking for a response within 24 hours and considering the time difference this should’ve been possible. The only thing I have received is a promotion email. I am now in the process of reporting this to my bank as fraudulent/scam

Awful quality, highly recommend you don’t purchase anything from this company. If you want to return the goods the costs are extremely expensive to ship them to China

The boots were very poor quality when they arrived and did not fit true to size. They did not reply to my email requesting a return, so I used the address provided in the parcel. I sent them tracked but they refused the delivery and said it was the wrong address.

I chased it after a month and emailed back and forth endlessly with a useless woman called Olivia from customer service who didn’t seem to understand anything. Then she said it was too late as I had gone past the return period, despite having been chasing it for a month.

I would strongly advise you not to buy from them. It’s clearly some kind of scam and I’m never going to see my £50 again and haven’t had the boots returned, so they obviously kept them.

I ordered riding boots for my daughter they took 11 days to arrive missing Christmas, when opened the quality was very poor and certainly not safe for riding. I asked for a refund and was sent an address in China to return them at my cost. This does not reflect the website which says returns are to be sent to the Netherlands and full refunds made in 10 days. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order.
The reply from the company below is misleading they already have all the details and I have contacted them several times, stay clear.
