The first time I ordered, the packaging was really poor. The second time, my order never even arrived. Honestly, it feels like they only spend money on marketing and advertising but don’t care at all about customer service. Very disappointing — I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Un service commercial complètement absent , y compris pendant les horaires d'été !! pas possible de les joindre au téléphone....Plusieurs emails depuis 2 semaines sans réponses !! Pas très sérieux à partir du moment ou vous avez commandé.....

I got into scrapbooking/junk journaling around a year ago and have wanted to order from here since. I finally did and I am so happy! First off, they have such a wide variety of products to choose from that it was hard not to buy everything! Second, the shipping process was very quick. I chose standard shipping which would mean the package would arrive to my house in 5-7 days. It ended up arriving in 7 days! The packaging was neat and I even got a freebie which is a cute tape roll!

attention, mooboom travaille avec le transporteur Yun Express qui n'est absolument pas fiable, pas de recourt en cas de perte, et tous mes messages sont ignorés par Mooboom qui ne réponds pas...pas tres sérieux

Commande passée le 5 Janvier, bloquée en douane 15 jours après, ce qui n'est pas du fait de l'expéditeur, néanmoins j'ai fait plusieurs mails pour avoir des infos et aucun retour de leur part.
On est pile un mois après le passage de ma commande, et je n'ai toujours rien reçu, la commande a été libérée de la douane il y a 8 jours et je n'ai aucune info, ni de la part de l'expéditeur, ni de la part du transporteur.
La qualité à intérêt d'être au rendez-vous, si je reçois ma commande un jour... Je ne réitérerai pas l'expérience avec ce site. C'est la dernière fois. UPDATE : je n'ai jamais reçu ma Commande et après avoir menacé de porter plainte contre le site, j'ai été remboursée... (après un mois et demi de silence et 4 relances par mail)

I received my first order a few days ago. I love the tapes, sticker book and punk space station papers. I am looking forward to creating lots of journaling pages.

I placed an order in early December and still haven’t received it. According to the tracking number, it’s in Smyrna, TN and has been since December 17. No clue why and can’t get the company to respond.

Received my order few weeks ago & I have to say AMAZING! It was packaged incredibly beautifully! I ordered 5 different books of stickers and OMG! Out of this world! I’m in Canada & it did not not take long to get here at all. Will absolutely order again! Thank you for your incredible artwork! Love love love

I like this shop very much! What first attracted me to the shop was the artwork on their Instagram account, and upon entering their store I realized how beautiful and unique it is! I placed my first order and they arrived very quickly! The quality of each item is very good! I will continue to place orders! I highly recommend them!
