Great quality items for great prices and super fast delivey

My picture shelf arrived damaged due to poor packaging having pointed this out to the company and provided photographic evidence they have done nothing.I have just looked on the habitat website and found out I have paid double the price of what it was originally sold by them wouldn’t use this company or recommend to any of my friends and family.

Excellent experience. Bought a trampoline that was out of stock in Argos and not available anywhere else. Great price and delivered for free within 2 days- far quicker than high street stores could offer just before Bank holiday weekend.

When I ordered my item it was just what I wanted I ordered a table and 2 chairs for the garden I bought what I seen on ebay and I'm realy happy with what I received delivery was a day early wich was great when I build the table when I've sorted my garden and made room for my garden furniture it will look good that's why I gave 5 stars thank you lee

I bought a sliding door wardrobe from these retailers a few weeks ago. I must admit I wasn't expecting too much because of there name and of this items cost. To my surprise this wardrobe is absolutely great and doesn't look cheap at all. I am very impressed with their service, communication and how fast they got this delivery to me. I would definitely buy from these again. Thankyou.

I bought a refurbished keter storage bench, when it arrived it was only the box that was damaged, everything else was in perfect condition, and it was all there. The price was amazing. Communication about delivery was good and I had no problem at all with the delivery itself. Fantastic service and highly recommended seller.

Both panels snapped in half so cant use the product- waste of money

Too much damage, only would of had too pay extra £10 , to get new Disappointing.

Wardrobe was delivered and the packaging was absolutely terrible, split on the driveway and panels fell out causing them to be damaged, appreciate this isn’t their fault but they are responsible for packaging the item responsibly. Some panels in the other box were also damaged terribly and these weren’t dropped. I contacted them and they offered to replace the worst damaged panel. Whilst I appreciated this I’m not impressed with the quality of the product at the price point it is, and they just hide behind the advertised statement that things might have ‘minor’ scratches on etc, very poor quality for I feel a too high price. Only giving 2 stars of the replacement panel provided for the most damaged one

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order weeks ago for two pieces of furniture, I received one and was told the other had been misplaced and would be delivered after they spoke to the warehouse and delivery teams. After confirming that I didn’t receive it and that it is indeed missing they didn’t refund me. In fact they have been stringing me along for weeks now claiming that because they’re planning to redeliver I’ll just have to wait. I requested a refund and no longer want the cupboard because of the nightmare of their delivery teams and the lack of responsibility or professionalism from their customer service team. They are just completely ignoring what I want and my rights and haven’t refunded me and I haven’t received any timeframe for delivery either. So they just have my money and refuse for me to cancel the order. Obviously they can’t do that so I will be reporting it to the trade commission immediately after this review.

Great selection of reduced price but still quality furniture. There are odd but minimal scratches as expected, but am very pleased with my purchase of a chest of drawers. Items arrive extremely well packaged and are delivered promptly. Would highly recommend and will look to buy from again.

Sent me an umbrella which does not work as described as it does not hold in place, attempted to return to be met with a 50% refund - I want full refund. To then have an increase to 75% refund - I want a full refund. They said they “organised” a collection, then sent the label only on the day that I reminded them that I was expecting a collection for the item to be returned to then have them say a collection was attempted when I was at the property all day and have a ring doorbell. Blatant lies and chancers - I’ve already contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT USE

Really nice wardrobe - delighted with how it looks now built and in place. It is advised that 2 people are required to build it - my husband managed it alone but said it really would have been easier with 2.
Delivery company were great at communicating and delivered on time. The only downside is that the one man delivery team wouldn’t help my husband carry the wardrobe upstairs. My husband is strong but at 69 he found it a real struggle. This is only reason I gave a 4 out of 5.

What a amazing company I’m so happy with the service and delivery they were quick and communication was great the marble table I received was in excellent condition fabulous price well packaged and a two man delivery thanks I would definitely recommend to buy from this company you will not be disappointed
