Hände weg, man kann ihn nicht zurück schicken, der Kontakt wird abgebrochen

Je dois expliquer que les retours sont un problème.
Veuillez noter :
1. Vous devez retourner le produit en Chine vous-même et supporter les frais de retour ;
2. Une fois le retour réussi, nous devons déduire les tarifs applicables et des frais de retour de 15 % ;
3. Si le produit est endommagé pendant le processus de retour, il ne sera pas retourné.
4. La politique de retour stipule que l'adresse de retour doit être fournie par nos soins.
Notre adresse de retour n'est pas l'adresse figurant sur le colis, nous acceptons uniquement l'adresse de retour que nous fournissons ; si vous renvoyez le colis à une autre adresse que celle que nous fournissons, nous ne pourrons pas recevoir le colis et, à ce moment-là, toutes les pertes seront à la charge de l'acheteur.

After doing research, I saw that MOONPOD was the best cordless hoover for 2024.
However I purchased the hoover in July. I went to use it after charging the battery to full. It just wouldn't pick up little bits. So I'd have to go over 2-3 times so the carpet was clean.
I emailed the company (UK email), I was told to send a video of the issue. Which I did.
They asked me to clean the filter etc as trouble shooting (I took photos for proof that I'd followed their request). I was asked to send another video of the problem. I did this. Another email later they asked for another video.
At this point. I requested a return and my money back. I received another email asking for a video. By this point I was becoming frustrated. I contacted my bank asking them to step in. I was informed by the bank that I'd done the a reasonable request in asking for a full refund.
Moonpod sent me another email, ( as the bank had been in been in contact with them) asking me to retracted my chargeback. Here's the full email from them

I'm very happy with this vacuum cleaner. The suction power is outstanding, and the battery life is adequate for my apartment. Great product overall.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I have tried and tired to get money back cancelled before money had left account but shocking customer service only email takes hrs for them to respond a manager to talk to cheap plastic product crappie vacuum expensive mistake which I could not afford

Moonpod vacuum cleaner company is a complete scam. I am a single mother struggling to feed my kids and they refused to take the product back. Their product is a complete failure. Do not buy from them.

“Trading standard” ( not law enforcement anyway) - aware of them and advices to issue proceedings.

Like a lot of people I looked at reviews before purchasing this hoover, it was rated as top so I went ahead. As soon as it arrived I realised my mistake, it instantly felt very cheap. Then I used it and got confirmation that it is indeed an expensive useless item, it sort of picks up ok on my wooden floors but is absolutely awful at picking up dust from my carpets, so pretty useless to me! I have tried to return the item but have got nowhere. My advice to anyone is to STEER CLEAR!

What a disgraceful, company!!! We saw reviews of their vacuum cleaner as the best buy product. This has to have been a sophisticated false review system!? The vacuum cleaner is utterly rubbish. The suction power is pathetic, the battery life is appalling and the dirt collection system doesn't work. JOY in customer services just strings you along with irrelevant questions and asking for videos. For example, she asked if we had a problem picking up cat faeces with the vacuum!!!!??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as so SHE has given us no indication of any intention of honouring our request for a refund. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

This vacuum is worth every penny! The suction is amazing and the dustbin is a good size. Only downside is the battery lie is a bit short for our big family, but buy an extra battery will do the trick.

Customer service there isn't you have to rely on email!! Which are always 12hrs behind.
I have asked for a refund over a hoover I brought it has a design fault which they are aware of! and they continue to sell it. They have tried to say they well send me a new base and a % of money back. All I want ls the return address and a full refund as I have gone out and brought a new hoover else where which is what I should have done in the first place and not brought from here. This person Joy I keep emailing doesn't seem to read the emails. Please don't waste your money.

I cancelled just 2 hrs after placing it.No monies had left my account until over 24 hrs after send cancellation email. No fees incurred by the company. £179.00 hoover and they refunded only £117.00 another 5 emails later and i finally got another£35.00 back.
They deducted 15% just because I cancelled my order.
Money had not left my account. No picking fees incurred. No packaging fees incurred. No shipping fees incurred.They just keep 15% from any cancelled orders come what may.
No customer service. I sent 15 emails in 5 days and received 3 replies from Joy stating the same thing - they take 15% for cancelled orders whatever the reason.
Absolutely disgraceful company that should not be allowed to trade at all.
Buy from them at your peril!

Op hun eigen site, www.topguidance aangeprezen als de beste steelstofzuiger. Het is ronduit waardeloze troep. Topguidance is zogenaamd onafhankelijk in beoordelingen maar blijkt onderdeel te zijn van de leverancier van Moonpod.

Cet aspirateur me fait perdre patience !
il est certes très léger, au point de faire un peu camelote. son réservoir est très petit et son aspiration est faible et non réglable. mais le pire c'est qu'une fois le réservoir enlevé pour le vider , impossible de le remettre !! au bout de 10 mn à batailler j'ai passer la main à mon mari qui à tant bien que mal réussit.
je redoute de le vider. Certaines fois j'arrive à le remettre et d'autre fois comme aujourd'hui j'abandonne ! ce qui m'a poussé à écrire mon avis.

Dont deal with this company.I ordered a vacuum online - was told by partner he had bought one already - cancelled order by emailing their support email almost immediately - (within 5 minutes of placing order) then despite this I get a getting your order ready to dispatch email some 10 hours later. Again I email support and tell them I have sent an email to cancel the order. They then said they will deduct 15% percent from the refund because they have sent item- item was never sent - apparently they managed to stop shipping but they still refuse a full refund because they allegedly shipped. Tantamount to theft and with no regard to Consumer rights or distant selling regulations - despite asking for matter to be escalated to management the same person (Joy) keeps emailing their terms are clear and they will deduct 15% for shipping. Unethical business - avoid

Over priced piece of junk.
Bought from their official website, hasn't lived up to any of their claims. Battery lasts 1/8th the time, suction.. well it sucks and now moonpod are trying to remove my review because they don't want the bad press!! What a scam, avoid this company at all costs

Na vele negatieve previews hier dan een hele positieve. Had weer vergeten de reviews te lezen, eerlijk is eerlijk, dan had ik 'm niet gekocht. Maar kreeg 'm vandaag al, na 2 dagen, binnen......heel positief. Stevig, goede zuigkracht, uitstekend mondstuk met verlichting, niets dan lof voor 210 eurietjes. En laten we eerlijk zijn, clonen zijn het allemaal, Dyson is er nou eenmaal mee begonnen, en die heb ik gehad en ik was niet tevreden.
Al met al een dikke 10 !
