We were applying for a drawdown on a previously agreed lifetime mortgage, and from the moment we contacted More2life, our application was handled quickly, professionally and stress free.Our main contact was Tracy Curzon, whose excellent service and fast communications helped to ensure a very satisfactory outcome for us.

Diane Perrin was great, she kept me up to date. Once the paperwork was complete the process was seemless and the money was in my bank in a very timely manner.

The procedure went smoothly with any telephone queries during the transaction dealt with courteously and efficiently, The only criticism is that , having not received one of the documents signed, the Company failed to inform me and I had to call specifically to discover the reason for the delay. It's very important to communicate any outstanding issues to the Client before the Client has to find out for him/herself. However a pleasant letter was received from Diane Perrin prior to completion which has prompted the above comments.

I called to arrange a further draw down through more2life and having spoken to an exceptional agent,Diana Perrin, who advised me of my options and was able to answer all of my questions we arranged to progress with my request. We agreed to do the paperwork through email rather than by post as this generally speeds up the process and is easy to follow. Diana advised me of the approximate time frame and I am pleased to say that the process will soon be completed by the money appearing in my account. Thanks to Diana the whole process was clear and pain free.

Was so helpful and extremely useful. Everything which followed was simple to understand and very easy to Print-off. A really professional, speedy conclusion, which made the whole process a joy.

Once we got our heads round the Docusign proceedure the Customer Service Team guided us through the paperwork. We had to ring up a couple of times and both calls were answered promptly. The up-front on-line application process did not confirm to us wether were in the system or not straight away, so we probably lost a couple days in the fund call down but that was our fault not More2Life.

Yes, there was the phonecall with the Options menu but it was answered quickly. I spoke with Adam and his speech was very clear and he was polite and helpful.
