The initial process was a bit slow but the staff have been helpful and courteous including Dianne.

Everything is straightforward and uncomplicated so the whole process has been easy.
Good communication and great to have confirmation from Diane Perrin, with date to expect the money in my account.

These people are heartless. I took out equity release on my flat with them but am now being evicted as I cannot pay the service charges. As I am 75 years old and in poor health I asked for a couple of months extension so I could sort out my things and the council could rehouse me. More2Life refused to give me any extension . They should be called More2Death as that is what they are condemning me to. My life expectancy homeless, on the streets, I reality is less than a week. This is no exaggerating
