Fantastic!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent - from my first enquiry by email, to visiting the shop in Stamford and meeting Katie, to the item arriving and all communication in the interim with both Katie and Helen. The customer service and attention to detail was exemplary and I cannot recommend them enough.
The secret chamber ashes ring I purchased is stunning. I am absolutely delighted with it and it is worth every penny. Knowing that it has been handmade with care makes it even more special.
Thank you so much. Your jewellery is beautiful and I will be back to add to my collection as I loved many of your other designs (outside of the memorial pieces) too.
Just a lovely company, with fabulous staff and beautiful, quality, inventory. 10 out of 10!!!

It can be difficult to order specialty…
It can be difficult to order specialty items online, and I usually keep my expectations low, however as soon as I ripped open the box I was blown away by the quality and care that went into my order. I will now find any excuse to order more- thank you!

Speedy delivery, lovely item.
Needed a bespoke gift urgently for my grandson's graduation. It required engraving and with only 48 hrs notice, it was no easy task.
Morgan & French pulled it off. Produced a lovely item for me and delivered in only 2 days. Highly recommended.
The only issue is that there appeared to a problems with their email, in terms of receipt. Otherwise excellent.

Beautiful, simply a forever treasure
Absolutely delighted with the fingerprint pendant. A birthday present for our daughter. A treasured keepsake from her beloved Dad who has recently passed away.
