Do not buy from this company! Terrible quality, not as described. I paid $70.00 for the interactive fish tank, it's honestly worth about $5. The speaker is terrible, loud and tinny. The fish don't move.

They say they are an AU company but you'll have to send your goods back to China, with no reimbursement for shipping.

Customer service was terrible, scripted replies.
Do not buy, absolute scam.

Packaging damaged would not fully refund or replace.

Bought from Sydney but as deterrant wanted us to pay for postage to China!

Train lasted 2 months before becoming non rechargable.

Would not refund after 30 days.

It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. All emails are generated by Ai, there is absolutely no customer care. My order was sent from a Chinese factory so I am disappointed because their website looks like it was Australia owned! Cheap Chinese products are toxic. Don’t bother buying from this company!

Ordered a toy TrackFusion in lovely box with carry handle only to receive a smaller damaged box with no carry handle called Track Magnetic. Upon requesting a refund I was advised I would have to pay return postage even though it was not at all the item in my confirmation order. Sent numerous emails with photos only to receive robotic responses. Totally shafted.

The item did not meet the advertised specifications or my reasonable expectations as a buyer.

When I raised the issue, the vendor did not offer a full refund unless I returned the product at my own expense to an overseas address in Hong Kong. This was not made clear at the time of purchase, and the business presents itself in a way that strongly suggests it is UK-based, which I later discovered is misleading.

Ultimately, the vendor offered a 30% partial refund on the condition that I keep the incorrect item. I accepted this only because the alternative was to pay costly international return shipping with tracking, which would have made a full refund uneconomical.

My goods arrived damaged and for over a month I have been chasing up to get a refund. Responses are very slow and I don’t expect a resolution at all despite sending photos of damage etc.

The miniature food replicas are astonishingly realistic. We use them in her play kitchen, and even I did a double-take at the tiny "baguette."

The detail on the fairy garden set is breathtaking. My daughter spends hours arranging the tiny mushrooms and benches, lost in her own magical world.

I can’t state loud enough .Don’t waste your money , time or sanity dealing with this incompetent and deceptive business !!!! They advertise leading the customer to believe the products are in Australia .They most definitely are not . The product I received was cheap and flimsy so much so we didn’t want to give it to our 4 year old grandson. It was way overpriced and looked like something we had bought for a fraction of the price at a cheap discount store . Despite the statement on their website claiming they offer no hassles money back guarantee they don’t respond in a timely manner and when they finally do they offer for you to keep it and give you a measly refund of a portion of what you paid . I insist no I want to send it back for a full refund . After multiple emails asking them to respond they finally do giving me the details to return it . It’s then that I find they want me to send it to an address in China for an outrageous postage cost even though they sent it from an address in Sydney for $4.95 . I refuse and want to send to the address they sent from and they tell me they won’t accept the return if I do this . Total deception from this company , they know full well no one is going to post an item back to China to re coup their money when they loose out on postage . I’ve learnt my lesson the hardest way .Don’t buy from these scammers . You can find better quality and better priced products here in Australia 100% All I can do is warn other unsuspecting potential customers please don’t get caught buying from them!

Delivered in a crushed package....broken fairy toy with wings bent and detatched. Requested refund as the delivery time was so long that I had to buy a new gift for granddaughter. Just keep asking me to send photos and then no reply. Scammers..
