Volveré

Los productos son muy bonitos y de calidad y la persona que nos atendió espectacular. Supo orientarnos en tallas, conocía perfectamente cada artículo, fue amabilísima y su trato agradable. Una gran profesional. Por ella merece la pena comprar en la tienda y no online.

Today I received the package. I opened it and inside was a surprise, super cool shoes. Thank you for trying to get everything for my distant country Bulgaria. I waited more than 20 days, but it was worth it! High quality and unusual style. Thank you for the communication and the result is a great emotion!

Very bad

My husband bought sneakers for Christmas. The parcel was so delayed, it was not there in time. Then, the size of the shoes were slighlty too small. We wanted to return them, we paid the return to Spain to be sure the parcel arrive. And it apparently never arrived to the warehouse because it was refused by the people working there (told by the local delivery). Then, Morisson charged us directly 25 GBP without our authorization to send us the parcel again. The parcel arrived 1 month after at least. So now, I am still with trainers which are too small, we have paid/have been charged in total of almost 40 GBP to send the parcel back. Will never ever again order there !!

Maya et ses lacets

J'ai acquis une paire de Maya et je suis ravie du service : l'envoi vers la France a été bref et la qualité des chaussures est vraiment identique à la description. Les lacets en jute ont cependant été fragiles. J'ai donc fait une réclamation et on m'a immédiatement envoyé deux paires de nouveaux lacets de mon choix. Le coton est plus adapté à mon quotidien et sont plus résistants selon moi. Quoi qu'il en soit, merci à l'équipe pour le service clientÚle rendu et je recommande vivement ces chaussures.

Bonjour,

J'ai commandé une paire en 38, qui était trop petite (sachant que mon ancienne paire de morrison était en 38 et taillé niquel) j'ai donc renvoyé la paire pour changer la taille, c'était le 5 avril 2025, on est le 21 mai 2025, j'attends toujours, aprÚs mes multiples emails, dont le dernier plutÎt sec de ma part vu l'agacement, j'ai eu une réponse qui me disait que mon colis était perdu et que le livreur menait l'enquête, c'était il y a 2 semaines...
Arnaque quoi.

They look good, but the fit is bad, they are not confortable and the build quality is poor. Absolutely not worth the price. Don't fall for the marketing

Muy bonitas, envio gratuito pero si las pides fuera de España aunque el envio sigue siendo gratuito, el producto ae encarece 10€

Respecto al precio fuera de España, es cierto que puede variar ligeramente (en este caso +10 €), y se debe a cuestiones logísticas 🌍✈. Los costes de logísticos, aranceles o servicios externos son diferentes según el país, y por eso adaptamos el precio final por zona para poder seguir ofreciendo envío gratuito sin comprometer la calidad del servicio.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The shoes look nice but when they don't fit and you need to return them, you can't. I spent 20 euros posting the shoes back, but because no one was at the Morrison warehouse to receive them, they are saying that its my fault no one was there to receive the return, and saying I need to send the shoes back again at my own cost (another 20 euros). Terrible customer service, save your money and don't buy from them.

Excelente calidad y diseño único

Estoy encantado con mis nuevas zapatillas Morrison Onix. El diseño es moderno y versátil, perfectas para cualquier ocasión. La calidad del material se nota nada más sacarlas de la caja, y son muy cómodas desde el primer uso. El envío fue rápido y el embalaje impecable. Me gustó especialmente el toque artesanal y el estilo diferenciado que ofrecen frente a otras marcas. Sin duda repetiré. ¡Muy recomendables!
