Great experience from start to finish. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and we immediately felt assured that we were in safe hands. He secured us an excellent rate on our remortgage which we are very happy with, particularly considering the current climate. The actual process of switching mortgages was very smooth and Georgia kept us updated every step of the way. A very stress-free experience with a very efficient and professional team. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Both Steve and Georgia were superb. Attentive, knowledgeable and professional.

Another three remortgages last month with Steve and Georgia and, as ever, an impeccable service from start to finish. I have complete confidence that the advice I am receiving is accurate, correct and in my best interests (I've checked!), which I think is rare from financial advisors. I genuinely cannot fault the service and support they offer and actively recommend Mortgage Studios to friends (more often than not I can only confidently advise who to stay away from!). 5-stars!

Steve and Georgia were fantastic! They helped from minute 1 to buy our first house. We didn't know much about what stepts to follow to get in the property ladder but Steve gave us lots of advice (he didn't mind spending ages on the phone talking us through every potential option or scenario).
They found the best mortgage deal for us, recommended us a good solicitor & house insurance, and answer to all our questions. 10/10!

We have been going to Steve for mortgage advice since our first property purchase in 2017. The team are always so patient and helpful and are looking out for the best products for you. Steve always takes time to explain things and go through options so you can be sure everything has been done very thoroughly.

We were recommended Steve at mortgage studio by a relative. We are fairly new to mortgages as this was the first time it had come up for renewal after being first time buyers. Steve guided us through the process every step of the way. Explained everything to us in depth but easy to understand (not in jargon as that is the bit we find difficult to understand in this process) so we had all the info needed to make a decision. They kept checking for any rate reductions or better deals right up to completion date so if interest rates dropped they would secure you a better rate. We even a few days before completion decided to change from a 5 year term to a 2 year and it was no issue. They have a web page to upload secure documents to which was really easy to use. The whole process has been seamless. We will certainly be using mortgage studio again next time we are up for renewal and would highly recommend them.

This is our second time using Mortgage Studio and I would not think to use anyone else. Steve and his team did a great job, always very attentive and trying to find the best deal for us.
