Zoe is our Mortgage advisor. We have used this service for the first time.She has been really helpful and quick in responding to all our queries. She has to do re-do mortgage few times to go for lower rates. She is very cooperative.

Zoe was an absolute godsend

Louise made everything so simple and easy for us to complete our mortgage deal renewal with no stress at all. Nothing was too much trouble and all of our questions were responded to in a way that anyone would be able to understand. She really is a credit to the mortgage call team!

Thanks to Zoe, eventually after 6 weeks of builders and the Nationwide getting the figures wrong Zoe was persistant and she eventually got the mortgage offer over the line for us, Zoe kept us updated throughout and was always professional, her advice was clear any easy to undrrstand and had it not been for her persistance I would have walked away.
A massive thank you to Zoe.

Great Service
Zoe was great at getting me the best mortgage rate available at the time, and made it very easy to understand the structure of the mortgage, and all the pros and cons.
My house took a while to sell but Zoe was in regular contact to make sure things were running smoothly and I would 100% recommend.

New beginnings
Making my first purchase as a newly single mum, the task ahead seemed so daunting. Zoe has taken all the stress out of it for me, was super quick to answer any queries I had and gave me straightforward advice and instructions. I cannot praise Kelly enough for the outstanding service she provided when helping me secure a mortgage to purchase a new home as a newly single parent. From the very beginning, Kelly was highly professional, approachable and offered invaluable advice on a wide range of products. She was always available to answer any questions, no matter how big or small. Kelly guided me in making an informed decision on a mortgage product tailored to my lifestyle and financial situation.
Above all, I am incredibly grateful for Kelly's expert advice and support throughout the entire process, especially during what was a particularly challenging time for me. Her guidance significantly eased my stress. Kelly even followed up before my moving date to ensure the mortgage I had chosen remained the best option available for my needs.
