Really professional
Really professional, friendly and helpful team. Worked closely with Zoe who we could not have done the process without as it is a while since we have. Always there to support and guide us through the process as well as getting a good deal.
Also Lee sorting out our insurance very quickly and painless process.
Totally can not thank them enough getting us through to the end always there to answer our questions with expert advice.

First time buyers
We recently reached out to mortgage call as first time buyers finding the home buying process quite daunting! We were put in touch with Louise who talked us through the entire process and made us feel more confident instantly. We had a few set backs along the way and Louise went above and beyond to support us through it all. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by mortgage call.

Corinne and Kelly, amazing! We worked with both and they were flexible around ours holidays making sure one of them were available to help when we needed. Corinne explained everything thoroughly and easily for us to understand as first time buyers. Couldn’t have asked for better and would definitely recommend!

Great experience as first-time buyers!
As first-time buyers we were very nervous and overwhelmed with the house buying process, however Louise was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We had first spoken to Louise at the beginning of this year but took a break from house searching for a few months. When we picked it back up again in June, and made an offer on a house in September, Louise helped us get our mortgage in order and we were able to move into the house at the beginning of December. One of the quickest moves this year Louise had said! We felt Louise was very professional, approachable, always had time for us and was very patient (as we had no knowledge of how buying a house actually worked!). We felt like we were in good hands and trusted her advice completely. We would definitely recommend Louise/Mortgage Call for other first-time buyers!

Highly recommended
I'd highly recommend Mortgage Call - Zoe was my advisor and she made the whole process of getting a mortgage for my new house so easy and stress-free. She was really friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any queries I had, and she managed to find me a great deal which she locked in quickly before interest rates increased again. I was 100% satisfied and would use Mortgage Call again without hesitation.

Corinne has been my mortgage advisor for the last few years and she has been amazing. I wouldn’t use any other company. She did my mortgage at my last house and has just done our mortgage at our new house.
She has made the process so much easier, always keeping us updated and sorted the mortgage so quickly. We really appreciate it, thank you so much again!

Best service from Susan and Lee at mortgage…
We have used Susan and Lee at mortgage call for the last 10 years . Susan everytime our mortgage deal expires or we move house and Lee to organise our Life Insurance. Cannot recommend their service enough, always give the most sound advise, take all the stress away from renewing a mortgage and life insurance , can always trust that they have found the best deal around will continue to use for many years to come , thanks so much

My mortgage broker was Susan and she was excellent, i feel she went above and beyond, it was a very difficult time , I wasn't expecting to be taking a mortgage out at this stage in my life , having been mortgage free for quite some time , but Susan understood my situation and made the process as easy as it could be. Thank you also for the lovely box of treats courtesy of Lottie Shaw . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mortgage Call .

The best in the industry
We’ve used mortgage call for the last 5 years, from buying our first family home, remortgaging twice and now for our 2nd home. I cannot recommend them enough. Louise is so lovely and has worked so hard to get us the best rates every time, has given us the answer to every question we’ve had with a super fast response and even put us in contact with an amazing solicitors and insurance brokers too. Nothing seems too much to ask or too much of a daft question. They truly are the best in their industry and would never use anyone else. I tell all my friends and family to use them too!
