We have found this a stress free and smooth process. From the meetings with Martin to the follow up emails/calls from Fiona we have been informed and updated every step of the way.
This has allowed us to concentrate on other aspects of our lives knowing that our mortgage was in safe hands.

Had an amazing experience using mortgage advice bureau . From the start Marian was amazing at helping me source the best possible offer to suit me, from this moment onwards Fiona helped me through every stage until completion, giving me weekly updates to what stage we were at and going forward what was happening. We couldn’t recommend the team at mortgage information bureau more to anyone looking for mortgage services. From start to finish the team , Fiona, martin and Dominic in particular were in constant contact to keep us in the loop and with my partner being pregnant during the process kept the stress off us and along with being nice genuine people made the experience as straight forward and peaceful as possible.

Honestly could not recommend MIB enough. We were put onto them through the Glasgow law practice and they had been nothing but attentive to our needs and queries through the whole process. We dealt with Martin, Fiona and Dom who all held up the highest form of professionalism and put any worries we had at ease. The communication we had throughout was amazing, we never felt like we had to chase for answers from anyway and they all kept us regularly updated.

Fantastic service from MIB! I’ve used them for over 5 years, even after moving to London. Briefly tried a big London firm but their service didn’t compare. MIB are always very responsive and genuinely helpful, always ensuring to give the most accurate personalised advice and find the best deals. We have always used MIB, bought our first house 8 year ago with the team at MIB and couldn’t ask for a better team. Forward 8 years on MIB sold our property for us and then helped us purchase a new one . everything went very smoothly from start to finish , kept us updated at every stage of the process which takes away the stress as moving is stressful enough. The experience I had with MIB dealing with Sean and Fiona was outstanding, the stress levels as I knew my mortgage was coming up for renewal was taken away quickly by Sean and Fiona both doing all the work making it stress free for me, the new deal they found for me was superb and everything was dealt with to a very high standard, would not go anywhere else.

Always kept up to date, I never need to phone, Fiona always phones me.
