Could not recommend Mortgage Information Bureau enough! Myself & my partner was recommended to use them in looking to buy our first home. The entire team was so helpful the entire time we worked with them, and they went above & beyond for us. Martin was our advisor and he was absolutely brilliant. Our questions were always answered. Just want to thank you all so much for everything you done for us & keeping myself stress free throughout my pregnancy.

My partner and I are both from Spain and were new to the mortgage process in the UK. From start to finish, our experience with Mortgage Information Bureau, and especially with Martin, was absolutely incredible. Can’t recommend this company enough. Got an appointment quickly and Lynn was very knowledgeable and gave good advice relevant to my situation. Turnaround time was very quick and was kept updated as to progress.

Excellent communication crystal clear, friendly staff who want nothing but the best for you and work incredibly hard to ensure that your mortgage is a success and goes ahead could not recommend them enough. Lynne my advisor went through every possible option with me and tried every avenue which was difficult as I am an apprentice bricklayer but she found my a mortgage with a decent rate and made the whole process smooth. Even the phone calls with the other advisors regarding insurances where fantastic.

Kept thoroughly informed through the whole process of buying a first home. Would highly recommend to anyone as the experience was second to none.

Mortgage information bureau were amazing, I am a first time buyer so the whole process was new to me and the team made the process easy and simple. Dom and Fiona were incredible, they kept me fully updated through the whole process, explained each step clearly and regularly followed up my mortgage application and solicitors to avoid any delays, I can’t thank them enough. Due to their hard work, I was able to complete in only 6 weeks!

Lynn and Martin were also fantastic, explaining everything to me and ensuring I understood everything. Nothing was too much.

Everyone was very helpful and were happy to answer any questions (no matter how silly they were!) they go over and above for their clients and their knowledge and experience is second to none, I cannot recommend mortgage information bureau enough.

I am a first time buyer and honestly had no idea what I was doing, Fiona at MIB was great, she didn’t make me feel daft for not knowing terminology or asking too many questions. Very knowledgable and approachable throughout the process. I also dealt with Dominic who was very good at keeping me up to date with any changes or queries and he also relayed this to my solicitor so I was grateful for his help. Martin who was talking through the insurance, was also very informative. Although selling a service, Martin didn’t pressure me into buying anything. I really appreciated that. All in all, a great team to deal with for my first ever house purchase!! Thank you all so much xx

I was nervous being a first time buyer and not knowing anything about the process. If not for this company I would have ended up buying a property that I would regret in future.I’m so happy I used this them, I can’t even find any fault.Lynn, Fiona and Dominic are just the best in this business.They were quick to respond to any questions.Oh did forget to mention Martin that helped me with Insurance.I know my case was a bit stressful due to my situation which I wouldn’t want to mention here but they were so happy to sort things out for me.They made my buying process stress free,Very efficient from start to finish.
