Mortgage Information Bureau gave me great advice and kept me updated with the full process of my mortgage and were very polite and made me feel comfortable

We used mortgage information bureau to help advise us on our second mortgagae application. The team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us secure the best mortgage deal. Nothing was too mich of an ask. They kept in touch frequently to keep us updated and see if we needed any further help. I would have no hesitation to use them again in future.

Dominic has been amazing throughout the whole process, he was prompt and informative at all times keeping us updated every step of the way, highly recommend!

We can't thank this company enough. Lynn was very professional and made us feel at ease right from the start. Fiona and Dom where on hand throughout the whole process and on the ball with all communications. Both definitely an asset to your company. The above statement says it all and I need to say why.
Firstly the staff are excellent and are with you at every step of your mortgage journey. It can be tricky navigating different types of mortgages, interest rates and companies. The very friendly staff were incredibly knowledgeable on the above and kept in contact with at every stage.
Secondly interest rates are crazy at the moment however, Lynne was fully aware that I didn't want to commit to a rate until the very last minute which she understood and respected. Lynne called me every 2 weeks for atleast 3 months to update me on interest changes. I certainly got a fantastic rate (well the best in the market in the current climate).
Lastly the team ensured I had relevant home and life insurance in place.
MIB for me is definitely a company I would highly recommend, very professional, high standards and very very knowledgeable.

For 5 years I have used mortgage information bureau. I have always receive first class service from all the staff who I deal with directly or indirectly.
My appointments are very informative of the information I’m looking for or not sure of. Jason and his team have outstanding knowledge and trust their process and efficiency.
I like the independent nature of this family run business and staff who know their clients on a personal level ensuring customer satisfaction and service are a priority.

I have used morgage information bureau's services when buying two properties now and I wouldn't go to anyone else in the future. They make a daunting process easy and are always on hand to talk you through any issues. The staff really do there best to assist you they go above and beyond.

They were also able to recommend conveyancing and local estate agents that saved me searching around.

You have always been there when I have need yous and to help

I have been using this company for over 10 years and they never disappoint! They are always one step ahead and I have never needed to contact them first. They have a personal but professional approach to their service. I cannot recommend this company enough, hence why I continue to use them.

The constant help reassurance and communication from everyone involved helped throughout the whole process.

We have been using MIB since we got our first house 9 years ago, most recently for our remortgage and life insurances.
