A family acquaintance recommended Ann to me and she explained the process to me clearly, was quick to respond to my queries and helped me through a difficult time when the first property I agreed on fell through. She and Harry helped me sort out the insurances I needed as well and they were both polite, professional and friendly throughout our engagement.
