Diane and Dawn were amazing throughout helping us to re-mortgage our property during what was a busy time with interest rates going up.
Diane was willing to sit in a telephone queue for however long was necessary to get the best deal for us.
Communication the entire time was constant so we always knew where we stood.

We have recently used Mortgage IQ to purchase our first home, as well as our life insurance.
As total newbies to house buying Kris kept us up to date and fully informed about the process, as well as breaking everything down into laymans’s terms. I felt he really took what we wanted and what would work for us into account at all stages. Holly was also very helpful keeping us posted weekly with how things were moving along and was quick getting back to any questions we had via email.

I went through my mortgage journey with Mortgage IQ. Luke Totten dealt with my case and was nothing short of amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have dealt with me and all of my meltdowns. Luke is very down to earth and creates a genuine friendship with his clients and knows how to tailor the service they need around them. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and I honestly believe that I wouldn’t have bought my first house without his help! With someone who is self employed and hasn’t a clue about finances, mortgages, banks etc. Luke did everything for me and kept in touch daily. A day didn’t go by where if I needed to speak with him he didn’t get back to me instantly or within an hour. I was updated on everything, constantly and he was always reassuring me that all will be fine and he was right. He was able to help me buy a home which I never thought I would be able to do, being self employed.
