After searching for a mortgage broker who could help with a residential smallholding mortgage then Mortgage Lane were the only company to facilitate a mortgage which was bespoke to our needs. Excellently handled by Ben and Keavey with efficient communication and outstanding patience!!

I do not know any broker with more knowledge than Joe. The fact that he also invested in property is made clear in the practical advice he offers. Joe also has a lot of accountancy and tax knowledge and this helps him considerable. I would challenge Joe to find a solution to every problem you throw at him. Joe can hold very complex transactions in his head and always come up with a solution and his solutions are always competitive of not better than anything else you will find.

Before I’d met Joe Lane from Mortgage Lane , my hopes of securing a mortgage deal had it rock bottom due to so many brick walls and negativity from previous brokers.
Joe however was like a breath of fresh air, his wealth of knowledge for a young man really blew my mind, all during our conversations he come across as an extremely positive person whereby nothing was a problem, no short sharp intakes of breath and always had a solution.
