So I assumed from friends and family’s comments and warnings that getting a mortgage sorted would be a nightmare and endless hassle. Clearly they didn’t use Mortgages First!

Every staff member I spoke to were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive and more than happy to have a human chat throughout the progress which made it feel all the more personal.

Particularly Bradley Artus, couldn’t be more helpful or a more pleasant chap and was supportive throughout and was akin to a dog with a bone when we could progress which is such a change from the normal slow and delayed responses (sorry l called you a dog Brad).

I also interacted with Matt Odel wo equally was supportive, clearly knowledgeable, friendly and even local to my area so could relate to where I was buying which again was a nice bit of circumstance!

All in all, great team, great experience! (And I haven’t even has to pay them due to buying through a scheme, so all this service was just them being good people!)

They have very professional staff. I feared the worst based on what I read online, but these guys are the real deal.The whole process was completed in less than a month. Our lender offer came out before we even had a serious solicitor. Well done to Lauren, Jenny, Charlie and everyone else involved in our mortgage application.
