I would highly recommend Mortgages Made Easy Ltd. Their communication was excellent from the outset. I tasked them with completing two remortgages just weeks before they were due to switch over to the new rate, and with their prompt work and guidance, this was successfully achieved. Additionally, Mortgages Made Easy Ltd offered the most competitive rates compared to other brokers. I will certainly be utilising their services again in the future.

Following recommendations for Mortgages Made Easy by numerous family members, we initially enquired to renew our mortgage, but decided to sell our house shortly after seeing a property on the market that we couldn’t take our minds off.

Jag provided us with exceptional knowledge and advice from day one; his experience from both sides of the coin shone through and made things easily understandable for us. Communication throughout the whole process put us at ease, kept us informed and after sending over our relevant documents, meant there was little else for us to do while Jag & Jordan busied away behind the scenes.

Jordan consistently went above and beyond throughout the whole process ensuring we were kept up to date and even doing the leg work liaising with the solicitor - taking all the typically anticipated stress of this process away. The team really do make mortgages easy!

The process for us from start to finish has taken 12 weeks and we really owe such an efficient process to Jag and Jordan and their relationship with the solicitor and knowledge of the market and lenders.
Jag & Jordan have also organised new life insurance for us and can recommend/sign post on Wills and other legal services, which we have taken up as they made this just as easy for us.

Leigh, Jag and Jordan have been so helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble for them, no question was too small or silly (it felt like I had a lot to ask!). We’ve just bought our first house and had no idea about anything related to mortgages and general home buying when we started. Leigh was fantastic at answering all our questions and giving us all the info we needed to make the best decisions for our circumstances. Then once our mortgage was secured Jordan was fantastic at staying on top of our solicitors to make sure things progressed as quickly as possible. Even after we closed on the house Jordan was still available to answer our questions regarding payment dates etc.

We also took their advice for all of our insurance policies and they were all set up for us following just a few discussions about our needs etc. Again, they made the whole process so smooth and easy.

I was recommended by someone and don't regret that decision at all. The service provided from Jagjit was amazing, on point and professional. He was always available to speak with via telephone or email which isn't common. When he was off his colleague Jordan handled the case for a short period but felt he knew everything that was happening and didn't miss a beat. I came across MME because I personally seeked Jag out as I had dealt with him when I originally took out a mortgage on my property 5 years ago. Jag sorted that out for me and due to the unbelievable service I received from him I hunted him down when my 5 year fixed came to an end. From the very start he got to work looking for a new deal and I'm extremely happy with what he's sorted for me. Jag is a true professional and I cannot thank him enough for the help he's provided me with. He seemingly never stops working and was literally available on the phone whenever I called him 7 days a week. He often mentioned to me that he doesn't feel like he's working because he loves his job that much. Clearly very true in his case. Also Jordan was great to deal with. I was probably what you may call an awkward customer since I wasn't exactly the quickest at getting things sorted but Jordan was more than patient with me and guided me through the whole process step by step and made sure everything was sorted.
