Problems with the delievery of logs.But all sorted now. Good company to order from very helpful and quick to put problems that wasnt really their fault corrected.

Fantastic product
Logs were delivered promptly, they were dry and evenly cut and burn well,as advertised. Excellent communication with regard to delivery. I will definitely order again.

Great product- great service
I’ve used Mortimers before for individual bags of both oak and birch.
With log stores now set up I’ve gone for the crates for both oak and birch.
The wood is superb as was the service - from ordering right through to delivery.
I can’t recommend them too highly.

Superb, as usual
Friendly staff, very professional, and prompt delivering the logs.
Logs are top quality, (birch) easily to light, and give a good flame, and controllable in a modern wood burning stove.
Will always order from them.

Ordered at 12pm, delivered at 4pm, couldn't ask for better service. The kiln-dried Birch burns clean and hot with little ash left.
