Great so far. I've only just taken out a policy, but working with Mia to get it sorted has been much more straight forward than many other aspects of setting up a business! Great customer care, everything explained clearly, and feels like I'm in safe hands!

Very happy with the service, thanks Gemma!! The policy itself gives reassuring cover for the childcare sector but they need to be more 'recruitment agency' friendly in terms of the form questions and the cover because I am covered for things I don't need and as such maybe could be reflected in the price.

There have been some improvements since Covid lock down which are good. For example, a business like mine with more than one setting, caring for children from the same school, are no longer required to have individual insurance policies for each premises. They are now all under one policy, although there seems to be no savings with this so I am not sure why. Covea is now gone as insurer. Covea did not pay out for revenue protection under my GOLD policy because they said: "Covid 19" was not on their list of notifiable infections and diseases. Every other possible notifiable infection was on their list, but of course not covid 19! Flick Training offer is excellent.
Renewing my policy was pretty easy and MM staff were polite and helpful. Help lines are also good along with discounts.

Naomi was really professional and accomodateing with dealing with my queries. She was really easy to talk to and made me feel at ease straight away. Very thorough and made sure the insurance cover was the right one for our setting. Also, the incentive to have Flick will be a huge benefit for our setting. Thankyou so much!

Excellent service, quick, friendly and knowledgeable

Mia was extremely helpful and thorougher with the policy I was taking out. She took the time to go over all aspects before taking the childminding insurance out.
This company came highly recommended to me through a childminding forum on Facebook.
Also then additional aspects of the policy are a great help
