Mia explained everything in great detail in regards to my insurance cover and went the extra mile in terms of getting back in touch with me about a new quote. She was very warm and friendly to speak to and I cannot thank her enough for her clarity and delivery of service.

So helpful with a new quote and followed up with all questions. Explaining every step and why it was done. Had a few issues to start with but he resolved it very quickly and always called me back to avoid waiting time on the phone.
