I can't give minus 100 stars.
My solicitors informed me that he was renting my car out to people without my permission and they were dealing for county lions. People have been fornicating in my car! A case is coming for them. If you want your car to have 3000 extra miles and used as a brothel, then use auto serve . Absolutely disgusting. Himesh or one of his punters broke my gear box when nothing was wrong with it. Then dumped the expense on me because silly me paid upfront cash. Watch this space. Disgusting company and people. Thinks just because he took the memory card out that I don't know where my car has been...? Haha he doesn't know what's coming to him..... zed n mo

Nationwide talks you into this and it’s a scam. STAY AWAY

I recently had a Mercedes through Nationwide vehicles and decided to take out the service pack on a the car with Auto serve, what a big mistake first they said I had tyre cover which when I went to get some tyres wasn’t covered. Then I had one service and one MOT at a Halfords I decided to drop the car and having paid £561.00 over 17 Months was hit with a further cancellation fee of £75.00 so I will have paid £636.00 so I really don’t think this is good value for money, when I tried to call Autoserve they just said that’s the agreement you signed so you will have to pay it, no mention of we are really sorry your leaving and let’s see if we can do anything on the cancellation costs etc !
I feel that anyone thinking of purchasing from this company you need to think twice before you take out a policy and I can understand why they have got such a poor reputation on Trust pilot. Shocking!!

Big mistake! Took my car in last August to get works which cost the just over £1300.00. Have been going there for over 10 years so thought I could trust them still. Unfortunately, my car came back worse than ever and have had problems since. Owner Anish tried to make out that the wrong oil sump plug that was used to stop oil pooling out if my car was not a fault when it clearly was. The mechanic used the wrong size plug, but of course the owner lacked any type of integrity to own up to the mistake. Instead his employee told me about the mistake away from earshot of owner. Having noticed engine issues since works carried out, it had been discovered that the Ecm unit was left sitting on the gearbox causing ecm unit damage. Understandably I have been left wondering about what else they did not do properly yet charged a lot for. This establishment lacks quality in workmenship and judging by the owners lack of honesty and integrity, autoserve lacks trust. Not a mechanics I would ever recommend which is a real shame. Shame on the owner for not checking that customer's cars are not getting paid works done properly. It's seem they are now operating as dishonest mechanics.

This is the 3rd year I’ve taken my car to this garage for servicing, prices were reasonable so I didn’t ask the price, this year however I was charged an extortionate amount not far off main dealer price, be careful with this garage I’ve since heard from a local garage that if you don’t ask for the price beforehand they’ll rip you off.. The excuse was the last manager was sacked because his prices were too low 🤷🏼‍♂️..

Brilliant Service

They took my booking for a collect and drop off full service of my car. They failed to show up at 7.45am as scheduled and then called suggesting I book it in somewhere more local although I only live 4 miles away. They blamed an inexperienced member of staff telling me that he shouldn’t have taken the booking. Not very impressive service.

Really poor service no communication car whent in for immobiliser problem
Came out with eps problem after paying for a full wiring inspection wholly inadequate from start to finish
Will never recommend not even to my worst enemy

I took my Honda Civic to Auto Serve for having the AT fluid and Brake fluid replaced. Anish and his Team were very friendly, helpful and courteous. A prompt service as always. You get the sense of professionalism at the workshop. The technicians are well experienced and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this service centre to give your car the care it needs without burning a hole in your pockets. A good experience right from booking my car for the maintenance service to collection after service.

Glad I found auto serve vehicle solutions, I took my BMW 5 series M Sport 2018 520d, changed my front & rear brake pads, discs & had them carry out a full service. Received the car same day. They updated the work history on my idrive which is BMW approved. After the outstanding service, I went there again for AdBlue system failure which they resolved. The inspection was free of charge only paid for the labour & parts which I appreciated.
Normally I use the BMW dealership for car services, but this time I chose to use auto serve company which I’m glad I did. Mr Ash, Sam & Mahi were all professional, friendly, helpful & addressed all my queries. Mr Ash especially is very knowledgeable & always gives high priority to his customers showing great reassurance. So I will go to them again next time, I already recommended my brothers & others to do the same. Thanks!

Do not waste your money!
I would give minus 5 stars if possible.
Non existent service, takes hours to get an authorisation for works to be carried out, essential parts of vehicle maintenance are excluded.
Definitely do not recommend.

They done it again.......another great job they did on my QQ....lovely work. Highly recommend these guys as they have high quality of standards in the work they do. Great customer service too. They do all sorts from MOT, Servicing to body........great jobs guys keep up the good work

Took my car there for it's MOT and I was very happy with the service and I will use again.

This great team fixed my long standing air conditioner problem. Great communications throughout and I am very please with the outcome. I fully recommend this team and this company for their great service.

Ripped off in Wembley Park - 6 Jan 23 Mechanic Peter who owns, it there is a thief, I paid him to fix my car I bought rear disc and pads and asked him to fit it. He didnt fit. It stole the pads discs and charged me £90 for it. He should be struck off. I would advise anyone to find an alternative garage, find someone trustworthy Wembley hill motors are the worst kind of Cowboys!

I arrived in short notice needing electrical help as my windows would not open. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient! Got me in an out in no time no hassle. Would strongly recommend

Found this garage a year ago and would not go anywhere else now. Staff are friendly and very helpful and work carried out to a high quality. Frank in reception very efficient and I enjoy our chats. Brilliant garage, highly recommended and mechanics you can trust.

I must say from the initial contact to the final drive away was more than excellent!, I was booked in for an MOT, which was very easy. I received a text to remind me of said appointment also,

The customer service was impeccable, Car was ready within 2 hours which I was not expecting as they were incredibly busy. The gentlemen were honest and treated my car as it was their own!, first time using them for their services and this will not be the last. Extremely pleased, thank you
