Its good. Only small problem with delivery, but thats not motedis fault.

sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto del prodotto di motedis, unica pecca qualche volta l'imballo arriva distrutto perche messo in un cartone troppo leggero per il peso contenuto

Very fast shipment, we recived goods and all is ok :)
The communication is very good, we recived update of the order evry step, this is very fine ;)

My experience has been more than positive (this is actually my third order). I appreciate the accuracy and descriptions on the website. The prices are competitive, and the catalog is quite extensive. Perhaps it would be helpful to include a few more videos to describe the features of some items that aren't always very intuitive to use.

Ho conosciuto motedis in quanto volevo progettare il mio simulatore di guida in maniera autonoma. Dopo diverse ricerche mi sono imbattuto in lui, dove ho trovato tutto il materiale che mi occorre, servizio di taglio a misura e tante tante altre opzioni, oltre che assortimento estremamente fornito.
Le spedizioni per l'italia sono veloci, ma ovviamente questo dipende da diversi fattori, come grandezza del materiale da spedire, servizi vari come taglio, disponibilità effettiva in magazzino ecc ecc.
Grazie a loro, il mio cockpit è in continua evoluzione, e questo aspetto mi soddisfa molto, perchè più lo uso, e più ho idee in mente, sapendo che posso contare su motedis per tutto il materiale che mi occorre per sviluppare il mio progetto.
Allo stato attuale ho fatto 4 ordini da loro, tra cui 2 ordini con spedizioni gratis, in quanto si trattava di solo accessori, senza profili ingombranti.
Sono molto soddisfatto e non posso fare a meno di consigliare motedis se dovete sviluppare i vostri progetti a partire da zero, o ampliare le vostre postazioni da sim racing già in vostro possesso!

I ordered aluminium profiles from MoteDis and the order was shipped on December 3rd from Spain.
As of mid-December, the shipment has still not been delivered.

The GLS tracking repeatedly showed “out for delivery”, then reverted back to “not arrived at delivery depot”. GLS themselves confirmed by email that the parcel never reached the local depot and is still stuck in transit.

I contacted MoteDis multiple times. The only response I received was a generic message blaming Christmas delays, without offering any concrete solution, delivery date, or intervention with the carrier.

I understand seasonal delays, but a shipment stuck for weeks with no real tracking progress and no support is unacceptable, especially considering the high shipping costs.

At this point I had to open a PayPal dispute due to item not received.

Good products on paper, but very poor logistics handling and customer support when problems arise.

I ordered several customised components that were manufactured and shipped in less than 24 hours after placing the order (even though processing was expected to take 3-4 days). The shipment arrived on the scheduled day. A very positive experience.

Everything was perfect. The aluminium parts were made to the exact dimensions, shipped on time, and very well packaged. A flawless service.
Looking forward to ordering again.
