I won't be ordering again as they use…

I won't be ordering again as they use Yodel to deliver and I've had too many problems with Yodel and their lack of delivery and replacement/refund process.

I am your faithful customer and normally I am extremely satisfied by your products and the speed of the delivery.
This time your offered a discount of 10%, but when it came to payment, it was not given. I payed the full price, and I think it is not fair.
