Motorpoint - Glasgow レビュー

Bought a car and after 2 weeks had to have brake and brake pads renewed

Good car good salesperson Daniella Boyd very good

No pressure from sales staff, good selection of cars, prices good. Quality cars.
Staff friendly, knowledgable.

Left to make your own choice no pressure.....but only one key and no hand book or service manual for vehicle

Easy way to buy a car. Good trade in value

No pressure, friendly staff

The whole process of looking at cars was very comfortable no sales hassle and the sales people were always very helpful when asked any questions when we eventually picked our car Hugh was fantastic and gave us advice on everything but definitely not pushy I would definitely recommend motorpoint

Good arrangements for viewing the car and test drive. Staff were helpful without any pressure.
Good value for money.
We found that service history documentation was missing when we got the car home, which was frustrating. However, customer service centre were able to provide this. A little bit of unnecessary hassle, but solved with a little effort.

I’ve just purchased my fifth car from Motorpoint Glasgow, and once again the experience was absolutely outstanding. The team consistently go above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel valued, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

A special mention has to go to Josh, who I dealt with this time. He was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. He took the time to answer every question, kept me fully informed throughout, and made the entire process feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone so professional yet approachable, and he’s a real credit to the team.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful in making sure you find the right car. Everything is handled efficiently, from viewing to driving away, with clear communication every step of the way.

It’s rare to find this level of consistency in customer service, which is exactly why I keep coming back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motorpoint Glasgow to anyone looking for a quality car and a first-class buying experience.

Thanks,

Chris

Done and dusted

No pressure ,good value of old car and great value of new car.

Young lady member of staff- Jade ?- was very pleasant and competent. The hand over of my old car( in part exchange),the settlement of the new car and the taking possession of same all went very smoothly.Any questions I raised were promptly answered. The new car- a Hyundai Kona- was beautifully presented.Car only a few months old with very low mileage.Price paid represented a sizeable saving on the official list price.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish - Jack was patient and was a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the Company!
Thanks so much!

Excellent service and easy process

Highly recommend Motorpoint from my own experience. Selected a car from their website. Car was transported from Leeds store to Glasgow (for a fee). Chris at head office kept me informed of progress as well as giving me information about additional products such as extended warranty. At the Glasgow store Mitch was excellent at ensuring the collection/handover process went smoothly. I was given the freedom to inspect the car and test drive before signing off the deal. The car had been thoroughly checked and valeted and I've had no problems at all so far. Would definitely use Motorpoint again.

Everything went very smoothly from reserving my car online and picking it up at a pre arranged time

Easy and simple experience

Had a great experience with buying my new car at Motorpoint! Jack R the salesman went above and beyond during the process and would recommend anyone looking buy a new car through Motorpoint.

I had seen the car I wanted online prior to visiting the store. After visiting the store to view in person, I had a few small needs to sway my decision to purchase, these were met.
Jack R was great, no annoying sales patter, more about the customer experience.
My experience was quick, efficient and I picked up my car in 3 days.

We have had great communication with Justin Reid, mitch & Hugh at motorpoint glasgow.
Very friendly&helpful we have now purchased 8 cars over the years and will definitely use and recommend this branch again
