The friendly staff , the professional approach to everyone, good range of motors

We have bought quite a few cars from motorpoint and have always found the service excellent.
Kelvin has gone above and beyond to make purchases stress free.

Fred was really good, he is a fantastic asset to you. Price fair and staff friendly.

I left a review previously, they requested i call to discuss this. As if im already not fuming and disgusted with their service, they promise to call me back as signal poor then fail to even do that!
My dad whose 81 purchased a 2024 plate peugeot 11th July 2025. We were all told a service would be done prior to collection.
Now the engine is knackered they inform us we're lying the service was due Nov 2025. As last done nov 2024. So now peugeot inform us warranty invalid.
Livid is an understatement!
Avoid Motorpoint at all costs. Diabolical company with salesmen that clearly lie.
Four of us were there when salesman told us service had been done but they're not interested.

Thisis my fourth purchase from motorpoint and the service is as good ss ever

The car I bought from Motorpoint was very good value for money. It is the car I wanted and the spec meets my needs. The car is in excellent condition. I also got a px on my old car that exceeded my expectations. The process from start to finish ran smoothly meaning I could drive away that day with my vehicle.
Only issue was that leading up to my visit I had a few questions, which I initially asked both Derby & Peterborough, but emails were not responded to. I did ring and the questions were answered accurately and professionally.
Overall a great experience and I would buy again from Motorpoint

Everything is made so easy for you from choosing the right car to when you drive it away.
Very helpful & friendly staff which is why I have got my last 6 cars from them & never had any problems.

Motorpoint is a great place to go for your cars. They listen, will do anything to help what is right for you. No pressure to buy or take extras. Genuine help and understanding to your needs. No judgement. Would 100% recommend any of the staff and products.

Single day service not achieved due to no code for car tax. Had to go back the following day. Staff were very accommodating and apologetic but it was very frustrating. Otherwise all ok

Great service from Henry and Kelvin. Thank you Kelvin for going to the prep centre to get the car after we unexpectedly turned up to view it.

Friendly welcome, sales staff were good not pushy at all, but communication between sales & repairer dept was abit slow , but must say the 3 ladies on front desk were great, each one were helpful couldn’t do enough for us kept us updated too well done 👏🏻 to Milly, Beth , Beth H who I believe has not been there long was so helpful & attentive , these are a credit to the company 👏🏻
