Customer service with Elliott was excellent every visit he was so helpful nothing 2 much trouble and other staff was excellent and helpful in every way (pity the coffee machine wasn't working 😕

I visited Motorpoint Swansea yesterday feeling really deflated after having to return a Range Rover Sport I’d bought elsewhere. I absolutely loved the car, but unfortunately it arrived with 46 faults, so I had no choice but to send it back. I genuinely didn’t think I was going to find anything else that compared.

From the moment I arrived at Motorpoint, though, I was blown away. I couldn’t believe the number of cars they had, but more importantly, the standard, quality and presentation of them was fantastic.

We were approached by Joe Helliwell, who was friendly, polite and, most importantly, not pushy or forceful in the slightest. He simply gave us a leaflet so we could make a note of the cars and number plates we wanted to look at and left us to have a good walk around at our own pace.

After looking at lots of lovely cars, I spotted a bright blue AMG Mercedes and was absolutely blown away by it. I went to find Joe, and from that point onwards he couldn’t have been more helpful.

He guided me through the whole finance process and completely put me at ease. I was quite anxious after everything that had happened with my previous car, but Joe made the entire experience comfortable, straightforward and actually enjoyable. I genuinely enjoyed my day there!

His knowledge of the cars was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He even spent time showing my mum different cars and options that might suit her as she’s considering buying a new car too.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. Joe was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional throughout, without ever making us feel pressured.

The best part? I bought my gorgeous AMG Mercedes and drove it away just two hours later! The car was immaculate, and Joe even took the time to show me how everything worked and how to drive it before I left.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my new car. I would 100% recommend Motorpoint Swansea, and Joe Helliwell in particular. We will definitely be coming back, and when we do, we’ll be asking for Joe again.

Bought a car from motorpoint same day as purchase actually found mot and discovered it had a front engine oil leak and had had work done under the engine,bolts missing from the engine tray and this was after they had said the car had had two inspections,nervous about driving a car that had a leak we returned car to them to request a refund and was told quite bluntly NO,so going down the trading standards road now,never EVER deal with this shower.beware.

I recently bought a new SEAT Arona from Motorpoint Swansea and once again had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Helliwell.

Joe also looked after me when I bought my Mazda, so I was more than happy to go back to him when I was looking for my next car. From start to finish, Joe was friendly, helpful and professional. He made the whole process really easy and straightforward, without any pressure or hassle.

It’s great to have someone you can trust and feel comfortable dealing with, and Joe was brilliant throughout. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that I was happy with the car.

I’m really pleased with my new SEAT Arona and would definitely recommend Joe and the team at Motorpoint Swansea. I’ll certainly be going back to Joe when I’m ready for my next car!

Great service, helpful and friendly.

It was a very straightforward transaction, firstly taken to the car and left alone to look around sit in and get a feel for it. After that went with the salesman and completed the test drive paperwork. I then took the car out for a test drive returned all good completed the paperwork paid and eventually left with the car. No pressure, very helpful and now after a few days I am more than pleased with my car!

Salesman was very helpful, from the moment I went in, to collecting my car. So far car is all good, but also feel any issues would be solved no problem.

Purchase went smoothly despite having to deal with three different salesmen before deal was completed.

A recent car purchase issue from Motorpoint Swansea was dealt with quickly and efficiently by one of their post sales team (Leasha). Unknowingly to both myself and Motorpoint staff the car came without its SatNav SD card. A couple of emails and a phone call later the issue was resolved. Happy me, happy car

When we arrived we dealt with Jamie Jones. We had previously met Jamie after my wife was looking for an EV. Jamie was very polite and knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sell. He asked what we were looking for and and gave us the keys to the cars to sit in them before being allowed to test drive our cars of choice. We decided to buy a Mégane E-Tech and the process couldn't have been smother. I also got a much better price for my part exchange than other local dealers.

It was great. From the moment you step through the door there's someone to help you.
My wife and myself bought a car from Motorpoint just a few months ago. The way we were treated was excellent, any questions we had were answered, and staff there were respectful, couldn't fault them.

The process was smooth, Joe was really helpful and professional and I can say he went above and beyond.
