Not pushed to purchase a car and after sales customer service

It was brilliant the sales person I spoke to first I think his name was JOE. He said go and look around. See if you fancy any of the vehicles and come back and see me. No pressure no pushing sales purchase just a genuine nice guy. I picked the car put a deposit down. Picked it up a few days later spoke to a different gentleman exactly the same experience no pressure paid for the car picked it up. I was in and out in less than half an hour absolutely brilliant service. Well done motor point Swansea will definitely be recommend you to anyone. I know that’s looking for a car. Thank you so much. 👍🏻

Very easy in and out just over an hour Lucas was very professional and pleasant he answered all my questions and I definitely use Motorpoint again

Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful but gave us space and time. They were honest and gave good advice.

Joe the salesman was very helpful and spent time getting me used to the car controls and information system. Overall a good experience.

Ben could not have been more helpful in helping me to find the right vehicle and sorting everything out. Collecting the vehicle however was a different story, it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, the 12 volt battery had to be replaced and the battery for the plug in hybrid was not charged and we ended up having to come back several hours after the scheduled time to collect it which meant it took most of the day rather than an hour or so.

This was the worst experience of my life. Do not buy a car from this dealer. I traveled 200 miles to collect a car, only to find major issues. For a car costing £19,654, the boot and one of the doors would not even close properly. When I questioned the salesman, he claimed this is a "common fault" on all Tesla Model 3,which is completely untrue.

Before traveling, I asked them nearly 10 times if the car was fully inspected, ready for collection, and fully charged since I had a 200-mile drive home. They assured me everything was perfect. Instead, they wasted my entire day and £50 in fuel. Do not trust this dealership or you will end up in the same situation.

I would highly recommend motorpoint Swansea, amazing customer service so friendly makes your experience so calm and they go above and beyond and any questions you got they will answer them amazing service

Wernt pressurised to purchase a car asked iff u needed any help and let u get on with it until u wanted to ask questions about a car u fancied jodie was very good and helpful and sorted everything out for me when I purchased the car would definatley buy another car ftom motor point swansea

My wife and I were dealt with by Joe Helliwell at Swansea. He was extremely helpful asked what we needed in a car. We looked at available models and were supplied with the keys. We paid a deposit but changed our mind to another model the next day no issues changing test drives on both vehicles. The part exchange was good for our car.Stress free easy to deal with. I have no connection with the company or salesman and this is a genuine unbiased review of our experience car collected on 24/5/26.

Took the car back with a few issues which they mostly fixed .. had scratches on front windscreen drivers side you can only see in a certain light which were bad ... the technician said he could see them but the manager refused to replace the glass ... also not complying with the 30 day consumer rights act

From start to finish my wife and I were treated with respect by friendly and knowledgable personnel. The whole experience was very worthwhile ( and I got the car I've always wanted !)
