Smooth from start to finish
Great helpful staff

Very happy with all the service I was provided with from start to finish. Very professional and helpful when buying a new car. I would definitely recommend Motor point.

I was in the area and had been looking at cars for awhile online so wanted to view them in person. I turn up early before opening time to see if I could look around by myself. Unfortunately it's s secure compound but there was some guys just about to start work who were very helpful and invited me in and showed me the car I was interested in.
After looking at the car of interested I was informed that a sales member would be in soon and I was welcomed to hang around till they arrived and help myself to a coffee.
Luke arrived, we chatted about the car, my part ex and eventually agreed on collection Saturday.
Arrived on the Sat 6th June, meet with Nathan who completed all paperwork, explained the whole process and within a hour I was on my way back home to North Wales with the new car.
Overall experience 5 star, would certainly recommend very satisfied customer

I walked in to look at cars I was asked if I needed anything , said just looking write down any thing you would like the keys for after explaining everything was on the screen you only needed your phone .30 mins later walked out new car Jake the salesman was relaxed making the deal easy thanks quickest I have ever purchased a car and I am now enjoying my car thank you

First of all may I say that our sales executive was absolutely brilliant, helpful and kept us updated.
Why then may you ask only 1 star. Well I'm writing this review a week after buying the car on my holiday hundreds of miles from home, with a dashboard full of malfunctions. I am unable to continue my holiday, my caravan and car are about to be towed home. Angry is too polite a word of putting it!Roll on the phone calls!

The team just leave you alone to wonder the site with no pressure. When we decided to purchase a vehicle it was quick and easy.

I went to motor Point looking for a car as ive been looking for a.couple of weeks and not found anything till I went there . At first I didn't see anything but Upon leaving I spoke to Sophie who told me we have an on line site as well which she showed me and I saw a beautiful red Renault Clio hybrid which was the right price and just what I was looking for ,I paid the deposit which was to transport it from another site. Sophie kept me informed as when it was coming . When it arrived I was made up as it was a good test drive and I decided to have it and it was a very good price and I got a good price for my trade in . I would like to thank Sophie Johnson for all her help finding my new car I would Definitely recommend MOTORPOINT for a car as I would go there again in the future

They staff were extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. Even found my new car in another location and helped get it sorted.

Sophie was great, from the moment we walked towards the door she was there to open it for us as we had a pram with us. We told her what we wanted and she got the keys all ready for us. We said we needed to feed the baby and she checked if we needed any hot water or anything she could get us. She showed us where the car was and left us to look ourselves. She gave us time to look over the car before coming to check on us. She then offered and got us some bottles of water as it was the start of the really hot weather. She asked our name including the baby and was very friendly. She stored the pram for us whilst we went on the test drive to save us putting it in the car. She was patient with us and not once did we feel belittled or like we were treated like we didn’t know what we were talking about like you can get sometimes when 2 females are buying a car. She sorted the evaluation for the part exchange and offered just like it did online, she also managed to sort it so we could get mats at a good price. She sorted for it to be ready at 3pm the same day which was really good. When we came back she ensured that the person looking after us was ready and took us over. Sophie was amazing from start to finish! If only the men by the doors had the same initiative to open the door for us on the way out instead of watching us struggle with the door and the pram!

I paid £199 to reserve a kuga and Motorpoint said it would be deliver to my nearest showroom, in around 2 weeks , but 2 days later I changed my mind and they now refuse to give back the £199 because they decided to deliver early than the date they gave me , absolute disgusted and I am taking it further , robbers so don’t trust them with your deposit ,

I bout the car 3 weeks ago I have had a message on the car dash saying it needs a service apparently you forgot to reset after the servic. I have been trying to book it in and customer service is shocking
