Roger took the time to go through a wide range of products, allowing me to select the one that most fitted my requirements. The team were welcoming, helpful and provided great cake. All in all, a very positive experience, I will be back.

Great company with fantastic communication and service fantastic product

About a year ago, I took my BMW 1250 GSA to Motowales as recommended by RG racing to have a new set of Denali D3 lights and soundbomb fitted under warranty ( parts only)
Roger is a good guy, very Professional, with attention to detail and goes above and beyond like fixing a puncture in your rear tyre which I picked up on the day I arrived!
Your M/cycle is in trusted hands.
As a result of this trust and knowing Roger carries out a Professional service I returned recently to have my INNOVV K7 dash cam installed even though I live 185 miles away in Devon.
Roger did an amazing job removing my K3 dash cam ( stopped working) and the workmanship of installing my K7 dash cam, wiring is very neat and tidy!
Very happy customer and a great place to stop and have a coffee at their new workshop and cafe attached, both Roger and Charlotte are very friendly and welcoming

to be fair they guys at moto wales were superb. Having confusing conversations with one of their suppliers direct I chose to go to them for a bit of clarity and they helped no end, ordered what I needed and was kept informed at every stage

I had the pleasure of having Roger for an enhanced rider’s course and had the best time ever! He was such a nice fella very easy to talk too and get on with, was feeling nervous at the start but he made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, Roger is very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and feedback to become a safer and more confident rider definitely would recommend!!!

A really interesting ride for my CERS course with Roger ,he was a really good instructor I really learned a lot and improved my skills too ,he was very approachable , happy to answer any questions and explained the reasoning behind the manouvres. Its the the best thing I did this weekend .

have used the site before for a few things and always had a quick and easy experience
i had a bit of a problem emailed them and got a quick reply whch was very helpful and got my problem sorted out

Item purchased at the right price and prompt delivery.

Again Roger and the team have knocked it out of the park, identifying a failing Hex EZcan (purchased elsewhere) with online support also from Hex a refund was agreed. Purchased the replacement from Motowales whilst the warranty process happens so I'm not without the bike (original company will refund when received from Hex). Ordered on the Thursday received today (Friday) at 11.47.
