Great refund experience

I've purchased a few items from Mouser Australia and have always had a good experience. Recently had a DOA Google Coral TPU USB. They provided a full refund without requiring a return. Really appreciate the great customer service.

Behind-the-scenes crisis at Mouser?

After 12 years of commendable B2B service, Mouser (and seemingly DigiKey) have gone to the dogs since the Iran war began.

Regarding Mouser in particular: I've experienced delayed orders, been fobbed off by customer support agents and had an email ignored. Furthermore, the free shipping threshold has doubled overnight. Zero transparency.

I can only assume some combination of the following is to blame:

•Increased courier fuel costs (understandable).
•A large influx of panic buying for which Mouser was unprepared.
•Smaller business customers being given lower priority in favour of defence contractors and preferred larger businesses.
•Non-US customers being vetted for export control reasons.

No reward for loyalty.

Achtung: Obwohl der Kauf ÃŒber Deutschland abgewickelt wird, werden RÃŒcksendungen ausschließlich an das Lager in den USA akzeptiert.

Dies fÌhrt zu erheblichen internationalen Versandkosten, die sich im VerhÀltnis zum Warenwert oft nicht lohnen. In meinem Fall war eine RÌcksendung aus diesem Grund nicht sinnvoll möglich.

Ich empfehle, die RÃŒckgabebedingungen vor dem Kauf genau zu prÃŒfen.

Used to be a big fan of Mouser

Used to be a big fan of Mouser - Unfortunately due to their greed they have increased minimum order to £60 and increased shipping to £22.

I think Mouser massively overestimate their importance in the market. Plenty of superior alternatives.

I'll start using DigiKey.

Reply: Definitely not, if you valued your customers you wouldn't be making these changes, I hope it costs you.

Very slow, the whole day!

Very, very slow website...
Very long waitong, always waiting on Mouser...
We get a blue screen "Be back soon...", but it never ends.
Al lot of tumes the datasheet is missing...
Digikey is fast, datasheet links are working and they have nice STEP files too!

They think we are stupid.

I placed my order three weeks ago. Today I contacted the company and they gave me a tracking link, showing that the product was delivered in the UK. Even though I am in Sweden, they sent me another link the second time It had the same numbers and showed that it was packed, but the rest was unknown and it said we couldn't find it, as if I lived in Afghanistan or Syria or Palestine so that no one or address could be found.Finally, after a month, they said we need to investigate. I asked the post office and they said it's not possible for a tracking number to show in two different places, and that means the company assumed I was an idiot.

Beware ordering FPGA or other development boards from Mouser

I ordered an FPGA development board and the software didn't work during installation without even opening or using the board, but when I tried to return the board brand new they failed to refund my order.

I have been trying to resolve this for almost two months now.

Buyer Beware! Below is an example of an automated response that will be sent when dealing with Mouser Electronics either through emails or phone calls. This purchase took place in mid-December and it is now almost March. This is resulting in service of process through small claims court to get proper credit and a refund.

Quick and good value shipping

I ordered from Ireland and was very happy with the experience, free and very quick shipping from the US, dispatched on the day I purchased. All VAT and customs were pre-handled.

Bad Company high prices slow service

Orders consistently ship late sometimes up to 2 days the staff is beyond rude they will not warranty damaged items even though shipping box is undamaged they are at bottom of list of places i will buy from GO TO NEWARK ELECTRONICS SUPER FAST SHIPPING FRIENDLY PEOPLE WILL REPLACE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF MOUSER . Letztendlich enttÀuschend

Auf Grund der ÃŒberwiegend positiven Rezensionen, habe ich mich fÃŒr meine Bestellung fÃŒr Mouser entschieden gehabt und kann es mittlerweile nur noch bereuen. Ich habe unter anderem bestellt weil ich auf die schnelle Lieferzeit und den guten Support vertraut habe, beides ist fÃŒr ein Unternehmen der Größe mangelhaft. Meine Bestellung hat seit mehreren Tagen den Status "Export Review" und es scheint keinen Fortschritt zu geben. Die Kommunikation ist non-existent, ich habe keine Art von RÃŒckmeldung zum möglichen Problemen bei meiner Bestellung erhalten und auch der Support ist nicht hilfreich. Eine E-Mail zu schreiben ist hier leider reine Zeitverschwendung, da diese ignoriert werden und auch der Live-Chat ist nicht hilfreich. Kunden werden hier mit automatisierten Antworten abgewimmelt wenn einem ohne die Drohung das Geld zurÃŒckzuziehen ÃŒberhaupt geantwortet wird.
Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert, die Auswahl ist gut, der Versand schrecklich und der Support mangelhaft.

An absolute awesome place to deal with

An absolute awesome place to deal with. There was delay on shipping on UPS 's part I paid for expedited shipping. I called about it and Mouser actually refunded it with absolutely no problem. They lady that took my order over the phone was super friendly and very helpful
