Great Service

The bike helmet I ordered arrived timely, the product was protected well for shipping, and therefore, it is in great shape. I never heard about this company until I found it on google. The price beat all other businesses listed.

Giro helmet

The helmet I ordered was not the picture color you showed instead of a dark grey it showed I received a light grey almost white.
I am a first time customer, hoping to use this site more often.
I did receive an email unfortunately that color is not an option and its a Christmas gift.

Amazing online ordering experience

Amazing online ordering experience. Not only did they have the best price, but with free shipping and the box was in hand via overnight parcel. Packaging was perfect and as a bonus, my cats are enjoying their new play house with paper (shipping box with packing paper). No wasted plastic means you care about out planet, too! Will definitely be ordering here again. Thanks so much!

Misleading product picture and description

What they showed in the picture of the product was a box of brake pads. What they sent was a single wheelset. This is deceptive advertising and misleading.

I will not purchase from them again.
