The helmet I ordered was a fox helmet at a good price, worn it for a while now, its great.

Aside from simple fast ordering and shipping speed as well as the price for the package deal was exceptional! But after installing the rim strips tires and tubes , upon airing them up in 20lb increments 1 tube exploded just after reaching recommended tire pressurevof 90lbs

Awful customer service. Purchased a bike rack. Tried it on the car once to see if it worked. It did not. I purchased from this site because item was a decent price and it was an open box. Per the website, open box items would be treated as new and returns would be available. Returned, but was denied a refund because it was not considered "new." Ridiculous. Asked staff to reconsider, no response. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I was looking for a particular part for my bike. A chain tensioner. I had recently changed from a 7 speed to a single gear and wanted to change out the derailleur. I found several other items that I couldn’t source locally at a reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate. All products were delivered fast and packaged well to prevent damage.

Wrong Pedals Sent, Return Credit Took Forever. The policy states that a credit will be issued within 3 business days. I had to contact them for my credit which I did after waiting a week.
