I am very pleased that we commissioned 'Move My stuff' to be our trusted removal company, from the initial video walk through' of the house contents with Dan, to the 'paperwork',and move, was all first class and very professional.
The removal team were excellent. Hard working, polite, and very strong. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Really great service from Move My Stuff. After the initial enquiry was made they conducted an online walkthrough of the property to establish everything that needs moving. This allowed them to generate the quote and I must say worked really well without the need of them making a personal visit. On the day of the move the team arrived promptly. I was super impressed with all 3 guys, Marley, Mo and Sameer. They were friendly, helpful, respectful and their packing of the van was super impressive. As it was raining they took care of the carpets, they all wrapped all furniture before moving. We had a delay at our new property, luckily we had paid a fee to waiver an extra wait time charges, it was well worth it. The team were not phased and happy to wait even though it was a freezing cold day. I have no problems with recommending Move my Stuff. Thanks team for making moving day much less stressful !

Marley and Mohammed were absolutely amazing. They worked very hard after realising the lift was broken at the storage unit. They loaded and unloaded extremely quickly and we're both wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Smooth from start to end.

Fantastic. Just that; fantastic. From the initial appraisal, right through to the booking process and final move, my experience of this company was great and I cannot speak highly enough. Due to a lamentable solicitor experience (and that'll be another review!), I could only book at the last minute, but I was accomodated despite only giving four days notice. The guys who actually did the move were chilled, efficient, speedy and careful and even though the day was beyond stressful, they kept cool, calm and collected. I would use Move My Stuff again and recommend them without hesitation.

Moving from Newcastle-Under-Lyme to Cannock was a breeze thanks to Move My Stuff. Their service was, hands down, the best from first call to final delivery! The team was punctual, professional, and delivered 100% on their promises. The movers were friendly, flexible, and made the entire process incredibly efficient.
Choosing Move My Stuff was definitely worth the money; it made my life so much easier. Within just a few hours, everything was moved (including dismantling required items), assembled, placed in required positions and we were all set to relax and enjoy our new home.
Tip: To help them provide the most effective service, make sure you've collected all your boxes and packed your personal belongings before their arrival.

Firstly I will say that the staff were very polite and friendly throughout the process of my move. The problems arose at the new property. When the wardrobe which had been disassembled with the aim of reassembly was damaged in transit, the mirror and door were smashed and unable to be used. The surrounds were also damaged and broken. One of the mattresses had a small tear which doesn’t seem like a big deal but my belongings left the old house in pristine condition and did not arrive in the same condition. One of the plugs for the electric recliner sofa was also damaged. We were offered only £200 for a damage cost of over £600. The terms and conditions are very vague as they initially state up to the value of £10000 but then you are only offered a maximum of £50 for each damaged item. Very unfortunate. I wouldn’t recommend due to my experience but note other positive experiences, maybe I was unlucky.

The team at Move-my-stuff have been absolutely superb from the moment I contacted them on line. I was managing my Mum's house move from Stoke to Reading and they were so accommodating with a continuing changing timeline. When we finally got to move day, the guys who attended Mum's house in Stoke were so professional, helpful, understanding, and went out of their way to assist us. They then travelled to the new flat down south,and were brilliant in helping to make furniture from a much bigger property squeeze into a 2 room flat! I can't rate them high enough and wish they had a branch down South! Thank you
