When the carrycot/pram needs to lay flat for a newborn, there is no back support. The material is too thin all round and you can feel the frame through the thin layer, which no newborn should be expected to lie on. The pram will definitely need a mattress until its needed for a stroller and maybe even a surround padding to insulate the pram for walks. The carrycot transforms to a stroller and you have a separate carseat, thats 2 "attachments for the frame, not 3, its 3 functions

I am very satisfied with this stroller. From the very first days of using it, it became clear that I made the right choice. The stroller is convenient, maneuverable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. It is easy to handle with one hand, which is especially important when you have a baby.
The ride is smooth, and the suspension works well — my baby sleeps peacefully during walks. It folds easily without extra effort and doesn’t take up much space. The materials are high quality, and everything looks durable and well-made.
It is truly comfortable to use, both for the baby and for me. I am completely happy with this purchase and can confidently recommend it.

Ik heb de meest onveilige goedkope troepwagen gekregen die ik ooit gezien heb. Ik opende de doos en binnen 5 minuten heb ik de bestelling aangemeld voor een retour om vervolgens een mail te krijgen dat ze niet verplicht zijn om het volle bedrag terug te betalen omdat het niet in de originele staat terug gestuurd is. Die troep kwam bij de terug in dezelfde doos en dezelfde plastic wraps die eromheen zaten met alles erop en eraan zondag dat het ook maar 10 minuten zuurstof heeft gehad buiten die doos. il primo ordine nn è riuscito ad arrivare per errore del indirizzo ed è tornato indietro ma che dire subito dopo mi hanno rispedito un nuovo ordine anche se il vecchio nn era ancora arrivato nel loro magazzino sono stati gentilissimi hanno sempre risposto alle mie mail e hanno risolto il problema…ordine arrivato passeggino stupendo è decisamente li consiglio!!grazie ancora della vostra professionalità!!

I have received my stroller and am very satisfied with it. I previously mistakenly accused Movebaby of being a scam company because I believed they had given me a fake DHL tracking number. It turned out the shipment was handled by DHL eCommerce, not standard DHL, and their customer service provided me with incorrect information. The issue was entirely with the courier, not Movebaby. I hope this review helps others who might encounter a similar situation.

I ordered a stroller and its over a week now I haven't received any update regarding my order. When I track it its saying it hasn't been shipped. I reached out to the company but haven't received any feedback. I am upset as this was a present to a friend and she was supposed to use it upon discharge from hospital

Condivido con la Signora che ha messo una stella al negozio.
Mi stanno facendo impazzire. Ho ordinato un trio carrozzina-passeggino il 5 giugno che risultava disponibile e mi hanno fatto pagare. Dopo una settimana mi hanno fornito un numero di tracking completamente fasullo che corrispondeva ad altra persona. Infatti, dopo qualche giorno mi è arrivata comunicazione di avvenuta consegna da parte loro e del Corriere. Peccato che non fossi io.
Ho scritto al Servizio Clienti e a Klarna per annullare l'ordine, ma mi hanno risposto che l'ordine era già stato spedito e non era possibile annullarlo: nuovo numero di tracking fasullo, corrispondente addirittura ad altra Nazione di destinazione rispetto alla mia.
Se state pensando di rivolgervi a questo rivenditore, lasciate perdere.
