âAfter previously using another company who did not source the problem or clear it properly and charging £150 for the privilege we had Jamie arrive this morning who knew exactly where the source of the problem was and properly resolved the matter and explained fully why it had not been resolved. He has cleared the problem pulling up tree roots that were blocking the flow of water. Am very thankful for a thorough job being completed and he explained fully what had been done. Price structure quite steep given that you are charged for pressure washer machine time in addition to the technician charge. I called up on a Sunday afternoon with a blocked drain, expecting to be told someone might be able to come round later in the week. However, I was told someone would be with me later the same day, and given a clear indication of costs. A few minutes later I received a call from the engineer to confirm the time and address, and within a couple of hours he was with me. I reckon the job was finished within a few minutes, all sorted. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our external gully had been drainingâŠ
Our external gully had been draining very slowly and getting worse, so I called up these guys to get it sorted based on their good reviews and fast turnout. I called at lunchtime on Saturday, and by the early evening everything was sorted. Fat was the culprit! The price was about £160 which was in line with the quotes I had received, so I can't complain! They seemed very efficient both on the phone and in person, and although hopefully I won't need them again, I would happily call on them next time.
