On time delivery. Quality product

I had an issue with my order and was very satisfied with the response time! Merchandise is very well made!

The product I bought arrived in a timely manner. It was in great condition and the process couldn't have been easier. Will definitely use this company again.

Scam company. Wouldn't respond to inquiries after ordering. Wouldn't ship my order. PayPal finally refunded, as they wouldn't respond to them either.

Spent 200$ on a anniversary gift for my wife website said it would be here within three days it has been sitting at there facility in Carrollton Texas for five days still hasn’t shipped , anniversary gift chaos , i had to rate it one star otherwise I would say no stars . If you need a gift on time DO NOT use mrgreatdeals

I ordered a 10 x 12 cedar gazebo and had it built today....it is beautiful and fantastic quality.....the price was less than I found it anywhere else and half of what it would have been to build.....I just love it

The process went really well except that after 1 month the Garmin Vivofit 4 stopped working. Not sure if it was a defective/old product.

Bought a Gazebo from MrGreatdeals. Price is great. Everywhere is sold out except them. Item was shipped with Freight company. so it took longer but arrived in perfect condition. arrived with everything that is needed, and the quality of the gazebo is solid. I'm happy with it. I'm amaze by their service!

Unreasonable and not helpful with returns even when the product doesn't work correctly

Have repeatedly contact them on the status of my order. They Claim that the warehouse and company has it in stock and just has not scanned in. This is a lie. I have spoken to the warehouse company , multiple times. They have not received the product. The Mr. great deal website states it would be 7-10 days till shipping. At day 10 the warehouse has still not received the actual product. Mr. great deal has not responded to any of my further inquiries inquiries.

I purchase a 50 inch flat screen from Mr. Great deal on 1/2/202, the worth mistake i ever made. The junk never worked and it had a wide vertical line in front of it. I instantly tried calling them to inform them to sent me a return sticker and it was junk, i never was able to reach anyone. I called for months and from that day i have still not able to reach anyone on their number. Well, i purchased it through Paypal and they finally reach them only to have them say they would not take it back and will not give me a REFUND. I am currently taking farther actions to get my money back.

The company is a scam. They sell you a defective product and make it hard to return it. When I returned an item I never heard from them again. No money, no refund, nothing, zilch. Trying to contact them is useless- their contact links are fake too, when you click on Chat nothing works, the phone number doesn't get you anywhere either.
