Over 2 months since I paid for my order and nothing received yet ...
Edit July 6 2024, my order got cancelled because one item was not in stock (on the website still available 😕 (?!) ) and I refuse to get something "similar". Within 2 days I got my money back, but bitter taste of a bad experience remains...

Je commande chez eux depuis 2020, et les sweats sont évidement un peu délavés maintenant (depuis 4 ans), mais impecs. J'en ai 2, mon mari 4 ou 5. j'en ai offert 3... aucun regret...jusqu'ici livraison hyper rapide! jusqu’à ma dernière commande...fin mai...rien, pas de nouvelle, commande en attente. Heureusement que c'était pas pour la fête des pères...donc j'attends et j'enlève juste une étoile...

Very long delivery time, like 2-3 months, and the quality is not that great for the price, and they are not a cheap store. I give 2 stars because eventualy i received the items, but I don't wear them anyway, because of poor quality. Dress after one washing looks worn out so, they are basicaly for one time wearing. The leggins are see-through. They promise that colors should be non-fading but that's not true, as I said after one washing colors are not so vivid anymore. They have another store, which looks almost the same as that one, so be aware.

Waited 3 and a half months for some of the cheapest most garbage quality material t-shirts I've ever seen. Stay away

Niestety nacielam sie i ja… towar zamowiony 27 kwietnia, po dwoch tygodniach postanowilam napisac do nich maila z zapytaniem kiedy dostawa. W odpowiedzi otrzymalam maila, ze planuja wysylke 28.05.2024r. Otoz drodzy Panstwo 3 pary bokserek w ponad miesiac czasu? Zaluje, ze nie zajrzalam tutaj wczesniej i nie przeczytalam podobnych opinii o absurdalnie dlugim czasie realizacji. Zamierzam anulowac zamowienie - zamowienie mialo byc prezentem - ktory przyszedby ponad tydzien po czasie. Generalnie nie polecam. Omijajcie te firme szerokim lukiem. Jak to w ogole jeszcze funkcjonuje?

We really love the Hoodies of Mr. Gugu & Miss Go. Especially my husband and my son have meanwhile several of them. The pictures are imaginative and funny, and the workmanship is really good. The delivery takes a while but you get emails to keep you updated and under the persperctive that every item is only produced after been ordered, it is worth waiting.
We are often asked were to buy these cool hoodies.

The sweaters are really cool. I'm happy wearing them and got some nice remarks. Order a few weeks before you need your order though, because delivery takes long. It is worth the wait! I also had good experience with customer service, when waiting took too long. Thanks for your help Magda!

Zamówione 2 miesiące temu i wciąż brak wysyłki. Kontakt też nie działa, wygląda jak oszustwo.

We ordered 200 t-shirts (different sizes) for our band.
Very kind and supportive staff that helped us get the right print and they also delivered two different test tshirts before the final order.
The quality is excellent as well as the print, colors are bright and vivid.
Recommended!

Ciuchy mega zajebiste.Laseczki elegancko zwracają uwagę na kolesia w ich ciuchach.Raz dali ciała z czasem oczekiwania,ale tak poza tym to ciuchy mega spoko.Promocje też mają zajebiste.Generalnie mega pozdro dla tych ludzi za design oraz wygląd strony w necie.

Zamówienie z 12 lutego, właśnie zostało wysłane. Żenada, zero szacunku do klienta, zero informacji w międzyczasie oprócz radosnej wiadomości po 2 miesiącach, że hurraaaa produkty JUŻ DOTARŁY DO MAGAZYNU. Paczki jak nie było tak nie ma.
Żałosne.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z zamówienia, cały dres wygląda świetnie, pasuje idealnie, materiał jest bardzo dobrej jakości. Postanowiłam zamówić kolejne rzeczy 😉 fakt zamówienie trwa dłużej, ale to dlatego ze firma jest eco i dopiero po zamówieniu drukują print, szyją i pakują zamówienie. Wszystko zresztą jest opisane na stronie internetowej. Ja polecam z calego serca, jestem ogromnie zadowolona ☺️

Ordinato un completo felpa, pantalone e maglietta col black friday, regalo di Natale per me. Chiedo se arriverà prima di Natale, mi viene detto che sicuramente verrà spedito prima di Natale. Poi a metà dicembre mi avvertono di rallentamenti, verrà spedito a Gennaio... poi spariti.
Chiedo spiegazione mi dicono che hanno la mia roba e me la spediranno nel giro di uno o due giorni. Il corriere crea l'etichetta e mi manda una mail per il tracking... ma non spediscono.
Chiedo al corriere spiegazioni e mi dicono che hanno creato l'etichetta su richiesta del negozio ma non hanno ricevuto nessuna merce. Contatto nuovamente il negozio, mi dicono che è colpa del corriere che ha "smarrito" il pacco. Do un ultimatum. 1 settimana ancora per spedire il pacco. Ovviamente non spedito. Contatto PayPal e mi faccio rimborsare.
Non comprate da questa gente. Truffa.

Second time buying with mr gugu, and love the t-shirts and hoodies, sneakers and shirts (maybe a bit too warm). yes, it takes time. about 2 months since you make the order. so be prepared for that. but i've always received my orders and the hoodies are just AMAZING. my kids love it.
