Richard of MS Cookers and Boilers fitted me with a new boiler and was very professional at his job. From start to finish my property was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent from start to finish. Richard was so professional and clearly holds himself to high standards. He replaced 2 boilers for me, one at my parents home and the other at my home. Both installations were exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to others.

Richard at MS Cookers and Boilers arrived on time to service my boiler. Found a problem and ordered the part straight away and fitted it the following day and completed the service.

We can highly recommend MS Cookers & Boilers. They were courteous throughout and were always prepared to go over and above expectations to ensure we had hot water and heating during the process of replacing our ancient boiler. Communication was excellent throughout and the workmanship was of the highest standard and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our oil boiler was on its last legs so we decided to replace. I rang Richard and arranged a quote. He was prompt and duly provided a competitive quote for a new boiler and flushing of our radiators which we accepted. The boiler was installed a couple of weeks later very efficiently and without problem. Richard was prompt, clean and tidy with his work and now we have a warmer house and peace of mind with the 7 year guarantee. Without question, I would have no hesitation recommending Richard if you require boiler services.

We were fortunate that Richard was on an earlier appointment in our area, but still he changed his schedule to fit us in, and was here within the hour.

Richard is very knowledgeable with Aga cookers and had all the parts need to fix our problem.

I spoke to Richard about a relatively minor problem with our oil fired Aga we have been experiencing . Since I serviced the cooker it has been sooting up a bit. My wife found MS Cookers name on the internet and I rang Richard. He did not know me of course, but he was polite, courteous and more to the point of my enquiry, extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his thoughts with me.
In these (god willing) post CV-19 days with political correctness everywhere and not being able to speak to anybody directly about anything, this service was refreshing, helpful; I do not know this man , but he has got it right and I would not hesitate to recommend him. We received a prompt response to our original enquiry and helpful advice and answers to our questions before making our decision. Installation was completed within the day and we are very happy with our new boiler.

From the very prompt response to our enquiry and a very quick reply with a quotation we were very impressed with Richard. As well as being very competitive on price he was also the most informative and understanding contractor that provided a quotation. The work was done on the agreed date within the agreed timescale to our full satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and minor amendments to the arrangement of the piping were made without complaint or extra cost. Being in the service Industry myself I really appreciated Richards Customer Service approach to everything he does. It’s a five stars from us plus a very strong recommendation.

I would recommend Richard from MS Cookers and Boilers to anyone wanting a new boiler installation. He responded very quickly to my initial on line query by calling me on my mobile and set up an appointment to assess my requirements. My boiler was very old and failing every now and again, so Richard was able to give me a fitting date for the following week which was amazing. He arrived on the specified date and time, did the job as requested, and cleared away any mess and the old boiler and fittings. Highly recommended - excellent job Richard 👍

Received a quote from Richard at MS very competitive price he came within two weeks of contact to fit new boiler excellent service throughout very clean and tidy workman, I have no hesitation in recommending him for any heating work. I only came across him due to reading reviews so they do work.

For many years I struggled to find anyone prepared to take on my Rayburn. Eventually I found Richard; his advice, calm and matter of fact approach made him a pleasure to deal with. I had every confidence in him and was not disappointed.
He decommissioned the obsolete Rayburn and installed a combi boiler, completely unphased by the idiosyncrasies of my 400 year old house.
I was very impressed by Richard's conscientious approach throughout the process.
I just wish he was based nearer. Thank you, Richard I appreciated you travelling from your usual area for me.

Richard expertly fitted a new bosch worcester boiler. It is a very busy time post-lockdowns but he fitted me in somehow. He is very polite and thoughtful to the customer. Would definitely recommend!!

My thanks to Richard for a very professional and high quality installation of a new external oil fired boiler and unvented hot water cylinder. All work was done to time and to a high standard including taking out an unsafe (very heavy!) Rayburn cooker and related pipework. Richard was very flexible about working around other work underway and also sorting out some additional issues along the way including some leaking radiators. We are delighted with the results.

For nearly two years Richard heroically kept our Rayburn functioning despite a complete lack of support from Aga Rayburn, which could not supply spare parts for our particular burners. Eventually we had to accept that the Rayburn had to go and he has now fitted a Worcester-Bosch boiler. As with everything that he has done for us, the process was completed in a very professional manner with excellent workmanship. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing installation or maintenance of similar equipment.
