Richard was exceptionally professional, arrived prompt on the day that was agreed. We had an existing oil Rayburn, Cylinder tank and Header tank removed and replaced with an external Worcester boiler with all relevant accessories, all work was carried out to a very high and efficient level with attention to detail very grateful.

This company with their top man Richard have just installed my new boiler, the service was more than 5star. It was a complicated procedure changing from an old normal oil boiler to combi and in a 200 year old cottage which provided many challenges but the job was completed to perfection and I thank Richard for the way he conducted the whole change over in just 3 days. Great service hope to work with your company again in the near future

Richard from MS Cookers and Boilers is efficient, friendly and his charges are reasonable. He recently did our annual boiler service (we also chose MSCB to install our new boiler a couple of years ago) and as usual he was easy to communicate with ahead of time, and did a couple of extra checks for us with no charge. I can recommend Richard and his company if you're looking for a heating engineer in the Huddersfield area.

I needed a replacement boiler and found MS Cookers and Boilers through the Worcester, Bosch Group, website and MS's Trust Pilot ratings.
Richard quickly responded to my enquiry, made a very informative home visit and promptly provided a competitive estimate.
Communication has been excellent throughout. I was advised of the process, appointment dates and what service to expect - which was then delivered. On site, Richard proved to be very competent and extremely hardworking: his friendly manner made me feel at ease.
The job was completed earlier than expected, refuse removed, and my home left tidy.
Writing as a very satisfied customer, I would certainly recommend Richard and MS Cookers and Boilers.

Richard couldn't visit us for a few days and we needed something sooner. He told us where to obtain spares and how to fit them. Being a competent electronics test engineer it was straight forward and now everything is back to normal.
