Connie dealt with my request in v friendly and efficient way and also sent reminders including time line on the day. Richard was on time and after the service gave me a verbal report, followed up by invoice. All efficient and great to deal with

Excellent service from Richard and the team at MS Cookers and Boilers. From the moment I first contacted them until the new boiler system was installed I knew that I had made the right chioce. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their support and workmanship.

Richard attended promptly to discuss fitting an ouside oil boiler. During the visit he looked at the heating system. I am so glad he did as the megaflow needed replacing due to age, rust and leakage.

From the outset the firm came across as professional and very helpful, inspiring confidence. Connie, receptionist was excellent, communicative and following through with clear messages,including a text confirming the arrival of the engineer.
Richard, the engineer, was on time, he
carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He explained how the regulator needed to be gradually increased and the time it would take.
He was organised,pleasant and tidy.

he company that has looked after my Aga were no longer in business and it wasn’t easy to find someone else to fix it, and at short notice. I came across MS cookers & boilers on the internet and I can’t fault them in any way. Communications were excellent and so friendly, they fitted me in within the week and just before Christmas!
